The two technicians arrived within the time frame promised and quickly assessed and fixed the problem. We gladly paid the weekend rate to get our water restored, but Miller warned us in advance of the rate and gave us the option of delaying until Monday. so, no surprises. I called the office Thursday morning and confirmed appointment at 2:00 Thursday: They completed the work at 6:30 Thursday afternoon: They don't arrive in a Pick-up, they arrived in a Box truck that was a plumbers shop and hardware store on wheels! less than 48 hours to resolve $1,500 problem! Kelly came out to my house to clear a sewer line. I agreed to pay four hundred and fifty dollars…read morefor the service call to clear my sewer line on a holiday. I understand that, but then he charged another hundred and fifty plus to run a snake down the line (the only service provided). All told I agreed to pay just shy of five hundred dollars for a two hour minimum service call to clear the sewer line but then got charged an extra nearly two hundred dollars for him to run the snake through the line. He only spent roughly 30 minutes total working onsite (although he did spend another couple of hours talking to the septic pumping representative that he recommended who showed up shortly after Kelly got there). I have to say, Kelly was very professional while he was at my house. Other than the double billing his work was fine. But there was an additional concern. Once Kelly confirmed the issue was the septic tank, he recommended a pumper who was in the area. But this guy was really unfair. Once he had the tank open he said he wouldn't finish the job unless I paid him over two thousand dollars! For a less than two hour job! I feel like not only did Tony's Plumbing over charge, but they recommended a buddy was put a mastery on the art of overcharging. Good companies just don't do that. It's unethical and unfair. While Kelly was professional in his work, their billing and cohorts were outside the bounds of what I could call even reasonable conduct. This was simply not okay.

Service Master was just wonderful from my first call to them to the final repairs. We had a ice…read moremaker line break and had no knowledge it was flooding our kitchen until the water was dripping from our unfinished garage ceiling below. I called Service Master and Matt came right out tbe following day. He accesed the issue and advised our flooring had to be removed and 3 cabinets repaired. He quickly jumped into action, with the help of his crew and got everything removed and left us with a partial floor and a utility sink. It took a bit of time by time our Insurance sent us the claim money and the construction completed. Dan was the contractor who handled all that. Dan and his crew did a fanomial job to complete the job. I highly recommend Service Master. Thank you all!

The shower drain is not centered in the pan and a poorly placed water bib interfered with the kitchen counter sink install. When it came time to have my tankless water heater installed I knew I did not want them coming back to do it. Even the master plumber that I hired to do the WH install mentioned that they did some "strange things". I'm going with the master plumber and his team to finish out our house. Perhaps these guys are great for your basic plumbing needs, but I can't recommend them for net new construction.
