They installed the AC two years ago through my homeowners insurance and when the heat stopped working I called them back. They said the heating system need to be replaced and they were looking for a compatible unit for the Rheem AC system they had previously installed. That was in May of 2025. I paid an additional almost $7000 for the heating system and their repairs. It was still not functioning and was told by Dave to just run it emergency mode. I paid to have the work inspected and it turns out Dave used parts and equipment that were not compatible and used duct tape to make it all kind of go together. There were open wires left hanging and it was stated by the inspector that it was the worst job he had seen in his 13 years of experience. Dave left trash and all the parts from the old unit under the house in the crawl space. Dave promised to refund me when confronted and stated he did not have time to complete the job. He has failed to give me the refund he promised and is also not taking my calls. I am now working on filing a lawsuit and have filed a police report for fraud and theft by trick or device. I paid for work not done and work it appears he had no ability to do. I questioned his license status as a AC/Heating technician and he refused to answer the question. If you've had issues with this company, please contact me and report it!

Elliot Brothers Mechanical were great to deal with. Ron Lampi was very responsive to our request about new HVAC installation in our 2 story house in Andrews, that did not have ductwork and was not constructed with with future central air in mind. Let me say, we were extremely concerned about the capabilities and follow through of area contractors after dealing with a number of them over service of our previous mini-splits and/or the process of obtaining competitive quotes for this new installation. Several companies did not follow up or call after coming out. Ron was clearly experienced with all aspects of what was going to be required. He verified a few things with Brandon and we received a detailed quote quickly; all calls and questions were answered promptly. On the installation day, Ron came out to review the job with Willie and the work began. My wife, dogs and I were fully prepared for a less than pleasant week of noise, mess and confusion, THAT NEVER HAPPENED. Willie and his 4+ crew worked hard, communicated well and kept everything under control. The installation took 4+ days; they were on time, prepared and kept things cleaned up each day. From the initial call to the install, timing, friendliness, professionalism and respect was top notch.
