Patricia was one of the reasons I was able to get through one of the more difficult times in my life. My sisters cleaned out my mother's bank account and left her on our doorstep we had no idea who to turn to. My mother suffered a stroke and was at a rehab center in Federal Way we had less than 10 days to find a nursing home for her. I was grocery shopping at Thriftway and I saw Patricia's car in the parking lot with her company name on the side of it I waited for her to come out and started talking to her about my situation, she exhibited a compassion and true concern that I had not experienced since the beginning of my mother's, ordeal. She met with my wife and I and immediately we felt like some semblance of order had started to fall back into our lives. When my mother could no longer be cared for at the nursing home as her dementia worse, Patricia was there again to find us a group home. She must've called 500 different places and she found the perfect group home situation that was perfect for my mother. Trish is simply amazing. She supported our family and my mother as her health began to quickly decline over the course of a year. It was a sad, complicated, and frustrating time and Trish stayed by our side through the entire journey making it possible for us to maintain our lives, care for our children, and ensure that our mother was well taken care of. Multiple trips to the doctor and hospitals were followed by a detailed note of changes to medication, comments from doctors, and next steps. And with all of the complexity and stress, Trish had a smile on her face and went out of her way to add a bit of happiness to our mom's life.
