They were busy, but when you see they are working competently and trying to save everyone some headaches and $ the line wasn't a concern. The line moved more quickly than I expected. I'm quick to get irritated when I feel like I'm cattle and wasting my time. Today they handled us with care, stayed open after closing and earned the repeat business.
