I ordered the prime rib, which is what they are supposed to be known for. I ordered my prime rib medium rare and it came out well done. Prime rib is usually served with a horseradish sauce but I didn't get any. I asked for a side and my server came back and said they had to make some. I had no problems with that, but when the sauce came out, it tasted way closer to tartar sauce than horseradish sauce. Truly, this was the worst prime rib that I have ever eaten in my life. I am hopeful the new ownership will turn things around for this iconic spot.

The waitress saw us walk in, sit down, and never came over. There were two of us who waited for 15 minutes, and there were only about 4-5 other tables with people eating.
