I came here with my father. Everything was very nice and the food was very delicious. Highly recommended if you're in Huntington Park.

I came in on Wednesday evening with a work consultant to evaluate the venue for a potential company…read morebooking for an after-dinner gathering. We work two blocks away, and a bartender here had previously encouraged me to stop in and reserve a table if the space felt right. I was genuinely excited about the idea of hosting our event here and wanted to see how the space functioned in person. When we arrived, the only open seating was a larger table, so we sat there and ordered one drink each. While we were halfway through our first drinks, we were asked if we could move to make space for a ten-person group. We agreed, the group behind us offered to include us at their table, and the server offered a complimentary drink for the inconvenience. I asked if we could receive those drinks before relocating. About a minute later, a young woman who identified herself as the owner approached and told us she would cover our tab, but that we were being asked to leave. No clear explanation was given. Shortly after, another staff member stated that I was "intoxicated," even though we had not finished our first drinks, had been calm, and had already agreed to move. The interaction came across as unprofessional and left us feeling singled out and treated differently than other guests. Being asked to leave mid-drink over a seating adjustment we were willing to accommodate was especially disappointing, given that this visit was made with the intention of reserving space for our group. I later reviewed video of the interaction, and the sequence of events matched what I've described: we were on our first drinks, cooperative, and not disruptive prior to being asked to leave. I'm sharing this so management can understand how the situation appeared from someone who was sincerely looking forward to hosting an event here and supporting a local business nearby.

One of my absolute favorites on the menu is the potato taquitos, which of course I had to order. They never disappoint. I also tried the cauliflower for the first time and was pleasantly surprised... super flavorful and definitely something I'd order again. The biscuits with the sweet butter are ALWAYS a must for me, and my partner got the nachos which were also really good. Beyond the food, the atmosphere here is what keeps bringing me back. The staff is always amazing, welcoming, and very attentive. Every time I come, there always seems to be a fun private party or guest-hosted event happening, which adds such a nice energy to the space. Their outdoor patio is honestly one of my favorite parts... it's beautiful, fresh, spacious, and just such a perfect place to sit and relax, especially in the evening. Definitely one of my favorite spots in LA.

I had called the bar and had asked them if a reservation for that size was required and they said no. Okay, great. My bf and I show up as the first ones to try to claim a table, upon entering we speak to the hostess who informs us there is a large party that night that has already claimed/reserved a lot of the tables in the back and that we are welcomed to hang at the bar and wait for other tables to open up. Luckily there was one table inside that sat about 4 comfortably which we ended up claiming, but as more and more people arrived we didn't really have the space needed. We (obnoxiously) tried to see if we could swoop an unreserved table in the back but upon trying to do so we were bopped out by the servers. By this time the host had put our names down for larger tables in the patio so it was just a matter of time for them to seat us. Eventually after being ushers around multiple times, they got us a table large enough to seat everyone. I appreciated that they were willing to work with us, I wished however that when I had pre called to set this up they would have said, reserving a table would have been the better of the two choices. I ended up tipping the hostess $20 because she was so kind, even when our party was bopping from table to table and being asked to move by staff LOL. I had their NA michelada which was pretty good considering it was NA. My boyfriend had two of their old fashioned drinks.. he likes a classic old fashioned but they don't really offer that. He wasn't a fan, and after trying 2/4 types they offered he ended up switching to beer and whatever other drinks his/my friends were giving him. Safe to say he got sufficiently drunk that night lol we also ordered fries, cauliflower and quesadillas for the table to split. All decent bar food. Service was great, drinks were decent, and the company was the best part. Given this was located in DTLA since some of our friends were driving out from the 626 and the SFV, not sure we would be back since we are located in the west side.

Never coming here again…read more I went last night to catch up with a friend I hadn't seen in years and stepped outside for a moment to get some air because it was getting stuffy inside. The girl security was chill, the heftier guy must've not liked me or something because he was not trying to join the small talk I was making with the other security. I tell her I need to go inside and get my friend because we were leaving and the male security tells me there's "No Ins and Outs". I was literally going to go inside and get my friend and go. He doesn't let me. So then I spam my friend to let her know they're not letting me back inside. When she comes out I tell her my shoes are hurting and I take my heels off because we had to walk. He then accuses me of being messy drunk for being taking my heels off. Learn to read the room sir. We step away from the front and literally walk a few businesses over AWAY from the bar. This is how I know the security was looking for a problem. I tell my friend we don't have to worry about anyone messing with us on our walk because I have a tazer. I show it to her and press the button to let her know it works. The security guard leaves his post and walks towards us and tells me "now you have to leave because you're doing that" I was already leaving and he had no reason to walk towards me on the side walk he should have stayed at the front door. I wasn't even talking to him anymore. We were literally 2-3 businesses away. So I turned the tazer on and told him to leave, he approached us. There was no reason for him to walk up to us we already left. This man was looking for trouble. He needs to be fired. I was scared I was gonna have to use it if he got physical. Management should really look into that security guard because it makes me wonder how many patrons he actually messes with when he's on a machismo power trip. I am never coming back to this establishment again. You guys don't even deserve a star. How dare you allow your security to harass someone trying to leave. This man does not know how to diffuse situations properly. He needs to be fired. And then witnessing him trying to rewrite reality was truly disgusting. I'm so genuinely curious if he has history of getting physical with patrons. If he does, I'm certain he's not as innocent as he performs.

The drinks were strong (in the best way ) but still super smooth and enjoyable. Shoutout to Rich for being such an incredible host--he made our group feel welcomed, taken care of, and really elevated the whole experience. A couple things to note: there is parking available, but it is paid (you can either text to pay or use the kiosk machines). The experience itself lasts about 40-60 minutes, which felt like the perfect amount of time. The only downside for me was that the bathroom is shared for both genders. For safety reasons, I personally wish they were separate--so ladies, I'd recommend going with someone just to be safe. You just never know. They also give you a little treat afterwards, which was a really nice touch and a sweet way to end the visit! Overall, I'd definitely come back and recommend it to others
