They came out piping hot and were absolutely huge. I ordered the larges but I think the regular easily would be enough food. They even have an option to get it without the tortilla for those watching carbs or calories. I had the Carne Adovada burrito with the red chile and it was probably one of the best breakfast scrambles I have ever had. Everything tasted delicious. All of the people I got breakfast for commented how good it was and how they want it again next time we are in town. I was there at 7 AM and there were no cars in the drive through. The employee was polite and answered my questions as I had several special requests. The building is small and I didn't go inside so I can't comment on the cleanliness but it looks good from the outside. If you've never tried Stripes... do so!! Highly recommended!!

The server was fun, explained the menu with pride, and made us comfortable. The food arrived quickly, and was filling. I found the steak fingers to be overcooked and tasteless, but the rest was great. For me, the sopaipillas were the star. They were fresh, light, and delicious. I miss eating in New Mexico where it seems most dinners include them. I got a slice of carrot cake to go, and it too was delicious.
