It's a small dated building with ten or so tables. When I came in there only one table taken and it seemed they were finishing up. The individual who I presume is the owner greeted me and followed me to the table of my choosing. Before proceeding further, I asked the most important question for a Mexican eatery, 'Do you make your own tortillas?'. I was very pleased to hear that they do. As he went to get my beverage I scanned the menu. The menu is in Spanish and English, I made it just before close but hadn't had breakfast yet What I wanted wasn't on the menu so when he returned I explained what I was wanting to eat and if they could accommodate my request. I requested 'migas rancheras' but got 'migas a la mexicana' and it was absolutely delicious despite not being exactly what I requested. It seems even in the same town one Mexican spot calls it different from the other so I accepted that it was as close as I would get to what I wanted Took around ten minutes for the food to be delivered to my table. It came with homefries, bacon, and two beautifully cooked flour tortillas. I enjoyed every bite and just had to request a couple extra tortillas. The homefries could have used a tad more time to crisp up but were still fully cooked through and the bacon was cooked just right. The tortillas were soft, fluffly, and had wonderful flavour. The total was just under nine dollars, was and still is the best Mexican breakfast I've had this year. I will be returning here every chance I get

I can't believe this that I only wanted to order some Jalapeño popper tacos and decided to call to place an order, when the person taking the order gave me a price at four Tacos for eaigt dollars or six for around eleven dollars I chose the four piece and then she proceeded to ask me what kind of meat, bam,,,,that hit me on the head like a runaway train,,,what kind of meat I asked myself,Poppers come with one meat,,,,Bacon,,,DUGHHHH,I was so angry at her dumb response that I decided to just make my own dam Tacos at home which is cheaper and less ediotic than ordering from this small no good for nothing called a restaurant,oh no,I work to hard for my money to throw away at this silly location called El Taco Taco,so customers be ware of this rat whole in Plainview Texas which was recommended to me unsuccessfully from a drunk friend who doesn't mind eating this nasty food,instead go to United Super markets and buy the the stuff and make your own and close this place down today,calling food for thought on this rat whole. read more
