Found this place randomly because my boyfriend and I just arrived in Seville and needed wifi. El sanedrin soon became one of our favorite tapas places in Seville. There are 2 restaurants side by side that are the same, but one is more of a tapas bar. It is in a cute plaza with lots of outdoor seating! Everything we ordered was delicious! We went here 3 times and tried the fried fish roe, Bulls tail stew, seafood salad, cheese with onions on toast, orange cake, Jamon iberico bellows. I especially liked the anchovies on toast. The one dish that was a little strange was the nido de bacalao y espinacas (spinach and mousse au gratin in a potato nest, topped with cod filet). We were a little surprised by the combo of flavors. The best thing about this place were the prices of the tapas - 4 drinks and 5 tapas costed us approx 20€. If I'm back in Seville, I will definitely visit el sanedrin again. read more
