I paid extra meat for the chile verde and I get this tiny little cup...That little cup is my chile verde that I paid to get extra meat with because they normally give you 4 small pieces of meat and a gallon of verde sauce to make up for the meat... so I paid extra and that's what I got was their normal portions... I love their Chili Rellenos and get them to go but this is 2nd time they have completely screwed up my order. I always Order extra chili rellenos sauce and don't mind paying extra for because it takes me two days to eat the two chili rellenos in the order. I usually get the medium to large size to go. The last 2 visits, they have not even bothered to put sauce on my chili rellenos dinner, then only gave me the tiniest container which holds absolutely nothing in it, enough to cover half of one chili rellenos. My caregiver has had to go back twice now to get things corrected. They gave me a container of rice that I did not order and I don't even like their rice! Asked for two medium containers of cabbage salsa and regular salsa and got the smallest ones, minus one salsa. The first bill they over charged me by double the price. Yesterday it was completely wrong. They said it was new help. Everyone better check your orders and your bills. Another friend ordered chilaquiles and got more beans than chilaquiles. She ended up ordering something else. Wife and I came here for lunch. We haven't been here in a really long time. Salsa and chips were fresh and really tasty. Lots of options on the menu and the restaurant is very clean. Worst service I've experienced in a very long time! They ask if I wanted more chips and then don't bring them for 10 minutes. We had to cancel the bean dip we ordered because they did not bring it while we were just sitting there with chips and salsa. I asked for hot sauce and they tell me something about diablito hot sauce for an extra charge. Did not tell me they had to make it. They served me a margarita in a PINT glass!! 2oz of tequila in a 16oz cup omg I was really upset about it, I wish they told me so I could order a short margarita. They wouldn't fix the issue, so I ordered another shot of tequila, it's a good business tactic to sell more alcohol, but it's just not fair to the customer. They had televisions on in the restaurant while people were trying to eat, they had like the news on. Who wants to watch the news while they are out on a date? Music would have been a much better choice than the news. I did not know who my server was, I had every single person in the restaurant at my table doing something, so I don't even know who was serving my table, and that got annoying. I went there for dinner this afternoon around 3:49 PM I ordered your number 29 . it came with some lettuce and bell peppers and onions as a garnish. i a little bit the bell peppers and onions, and then I realized they smell bad. i got home And i've had explosive diarrhea and it's now 6 27 pm, so i've had diarrhea for over two hours .I called and the young girl that said she's a manager just said shes sorry about that, and she had the kitchen throw the vegetables away.
