Stop. I'm getting ahead of myself. It seems like I'm intent on posting the end of the review first! My first night in town and I was feeling pizza, and wanted to feed myself and my parents, so my first trip to Abby's was a pleasant surprise. The place is located where The Apple Peddler used to be, and has since gone out of business. Shame, they had great breakfast, but I digress, this review is about Abby's. The layout of the place still looks the same, in fact while I was deciding what to order, I looked over and saw the exact booth I sat at four and a half years ago. I love this about small towns, that change comes very slowly, if at all. So I was greeted by this cheerful girl, whose name I am ashamed to say I can't remember, but I do remember the details. Through conversation, I told her I was visiting from Alabama, and she told me that she grew up in Mississippi, and then reminisced a bit about the southern things they don't have in Oregon. A very nice way to wait for my pizza to cook. So I went with a half vegetarian pizza (for my parents) and pepperoni and sausage for me. For me, there was a good amount of meats on my half, both of which tasted fresh, a great sauce with the perfect level of zing, (though my parents felt it was a bit strong for their taste) and plenty of hot, melty cheese on a crispy, yet tasty crust. I also enjoyed a nice beverage in which I mixed unsweetened iced tea with lemonade. (I'm not exactly sure what brands they use, but they blended beautifully!) it was a pleasant experience. A week or so later, I returned and got a pepperoni and pineapple, which was also very good. And even more recently, I returned and got some garlic Parmesan breadsticks, which also did not disappoint. I'm not gonna lie. I'm a fan of Abby's Pizza, and if you go back to the beginning of the review, well, you know the rest!

We ordered 3 small pizzas for a total of $70+ and they messed most of it up. We ordered extra…read moresauce, they put none on, we ordered a taco pizza, got no toppings, we ordered foil top and bottom of the box so the pizza doesn't taste like a box when I get home and they didn't do that. The girl actually looked at me and said "I didn't really understand how to do that". I looked at her, opened the box and said "simply, you put a piece of foil on the bottom of the pizza and one on the top". She took the 3 pizzas back and was able to complete the task of 2 out of 3. So frustrating when you special order something, pay extra for it and have them upset because you changed their routine. Got home and the pizza was sub parr at best!

I tried to bring my two small dogs in quickly to pick up my order and was told by the manager that dogs weren't allowed. I said ok could you bring g my pizza to me and take my card to pay for it. He originally said yes that he would do that, and asked my name. I waited outside the door with my dogs waiting for over 6 minutes. There were 5 employees present including what appeared to be a manager, there was only one person sitting waiting for their order. I opened the door asked if they could bring my order to me like the manager said. THE manage and cashier walk to the door where I was outside. The manager said" Don't you think it's ridiculous for us to have to bring you your pizza and have to walk over and run your card!" He said that I should leave my dogs home next time!" I have never been treated so rudely in my life!! I have worked a career in customer service!! This was rude and beyond unbelievable. 5 employees and no other customers in the store, except the one waiting that had already paid. Where was any thoughtful consideration of the extreame heat, where leaving my dogs in the car would not be acceptable. The manager said " leave your dogs home next time!" I will never come back to Prineville Papa Murphy's!!!! the one star rating is over rated I would have rated a negative 20.

It's obvious this location is marking orders as "completed" just to meet internal time metrics instead of being honest about actual prep times. That's misleading, disrespectful to customers' time, and defeats the entire purpose of using the app. If the food isn't ready, don't say it is. This kind of practice makes me reconsider ordering from this location again.

No one assigned to monitor the Drive Thru and the Guy who initially told me it would be a couple of minutes, apparently didn't pass along the info that I was waiting at the window for my food! When the Manager finally came to the window when I got their attention by honking the horn repeatedly (after I had waited patiently for 15 minutes - and having asked several drivers who entered the nearby door to let someone know I was still waiting), he gave me nothing but attitude. Basically told me to F off. When I asked to speak to the manager, he claimed he was the manager. When I asked for the contact info for the regional manager or franchise owner he again basically told me to F off, that there was no way to talk to him. DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS DOMINO'S!!! I worked for Domino's during College, and this is not how you are supposed to treat customers and not how the business is supposed to be run...period!
