The nutty flavor from pistachio is so delicious. Definitely my favorite flavor. The mango colada has great mango flavor in it. Yummy! The soursop flavor is sour but good. The guava flavor has a great natural sweetness. This is by far my favorite ice cream shop. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. Parking is a bit tough because the lot across and nearby is almost always full, but if you are going in to grab something, you could probably park right infront of the store for a couple of minds to just grab the cupcakes and go. She says it was definitely top 3 for her and she's already talking about wanting to go back. Opposite of that is my youngest daughters love for Vanilla. I'm a fan of MSC because Baskin Robbins and Cold Stone charge you for every extra topping you place in mixins. MSC allows your creativity to go wild and gives you unlimited mixins (at least the one in Pearland does). I usually don't ask for more than three because too many give you a mix in MESS rather than ice cream with mix ins. Let's still respect the integrity of the ice cream people!!! A few things I must highlight besides unlimted mixins are the labels on the ice cream. They include a major allergen listing like soy or milk ingredients that the ice cream contains. Since I'm trying to eliminate soy as much as I can from my diet, I am thankful for the information on the label. Once more, the cones and bowls are always so fresh because who could enjoy ice cream with a stale cone?! Not me! Finally, I get app coupons pretty often to defray the cost of my purchases. Recently, I redeemed a birthday coupon that is worth $5, but I had a $3 off coupon as well. Most places don't allow you to double coupons in one transaction, so I expected to pay $2 and change for my order. However, I found out at my last visit that you can use more than one coupon during a visit. Game changer!!! My order ended up being free, but I left a tip because I was grateful the crew member was looking out for me. This location sits in a shopping strip with plenty of parking. They have an outside window for ordering as well as a seating area. Inside is narrow with seating down the length of the business. When they first opened, customer service was good. My last two visits have been identical in which customer service was almost nonexistent. Usually the store is busy and seem to keep the lines moving. On my last visits the store was quiet and the young kids behind the counter literally had full on conversations about their personal lives while people patiently waited in line for quite some time. They didn't even acknowledge or make eye contact with us. Good customer service in Pearland is harder and harder to find and this place proved it. That being said, their product is great. I've had Italian ice on the east coast and this place reminds of that. They have all kinds of flavors and even have mixes where they layer Italian ice with soft serve. I usually go for one of the fruity flavors in the summer and one of their chocolaty mixes for dessert after a meal. I don't want to count this place out, but hopefully they work on their customer service. I may gave them another chance at some point in the future.
