Unfortunately, for me this was the worst I've ever had. - Saigon Spares - Probably the best of the 3 proteins we tried, honestly I didn't taste the fish sauce glaze. I want more fish sauce flavor. - Pork Ribs - Juicy but just lacked flavor. - Wok Fired Bok Choy - Alright. I preferred this one slightly more when it comes to sides, just because it gave a nice texture change when it comes to the food. - Miso Mac & Cheese - I didn't really taste the miso. We went on a Saturday morning, got there around 10:30 and there were about 1-2 parties in front of us. There wasn't really an official line, people just sat at the patio area until they opened. They opened closer to 11:15 ish the day we went. They have a preorder option online. The menu was exactly the same preorder/in store. They also let you add stuff to your order once you get to the counter if you wanted. When they first opened, they take preorders first. We didn't do preorder, because we were wanting to see if it was possible to order 1/4 lb for certain protein options, it wasn't.
