Rating this place based off poor management. The shift manager was condescending towards a new hire. Poor girl was trying to catch on and trying to process the dine -in orders. The manager sees the long line and tells her to go serve food instead (condescending voice). Some customers, including myself were dumbfounded. That tone and attitude isn't appropriate to represent an establishment like this. This isn't the first time I filed a complaint against management there. I can assure you this is the last time I go there. Management couldn't acknowledge the first time I filed a complaint. That should have been a RED FLAG. But I tried again, and again, poor leadership. So I go there today.....I am the ONLY car in the drive thru but it takes them literally 5 minutes to ask me over the speaker what I would like to order. Hummmm......then I drive up to the window and wait.....pay.....then wait some more. I see the chick pack up my food, bag it and put it on the ledge next to the window....inside. The guy with the headphones on is sitting in there flirting with one of his co-workers....my food is still sitting there. I wait......and wait.....a part of me just wants to reach in and grab my food....but I don't. I wait as he flirts some more.....finally I am yelling 'EXCUSE ME' through the glass window and he decides to give me my food.
