First off they have you tip prior to seating you. I knew right then that the service was not going to be good. My wife and I are simple to please, keep our drinks full. Both of us had to ask multiple times for a refill. Now onto the food. The presentation on the buffet looked horrible. Most of the food looked like slop. The tags of what the food was did not match to what it actually was. Zero flavor to most of the food. Needs seasoning to enhance what flavors the food had. They advertise flan and there was no flan. The had bland rice pudding, pieces of what could only be bread pudding. One I could tell was a raisin and cinnamon flavor the other one I would not suggest trying. The cake and whipped cream was dry but had some flavor. The best item on the dessert bar was the oranges. The cantaloupe was tasteless. We will not be returning. Doesn't look open from the outside, they need more advertising. Their is no outside lights to tell people they are open. Other than the open, it is not that bad, I have seen so much worst places that have buffet. I deff prefer this than golden coral. I did like the noodles and the seafood. There was a short line to get in which I didn't mind. You pay before sitting, and it was very affordable. We were seated in the back, closest to the food and oh my gosh. What a selection! There is a mix of basic Chinese buffet staples and Spanish/Puerto Rican food, majority being the latter. Everything was delicious. My favorite was the lechon. I honestly would return for the lechon alone. Our waitress kept our waters full and the entire staff was so friendly. Okay so you're not going to be impressed with the decor, it doesn't look super spic and span, it's not in the prettiest of neighborhoods, and the service is so so but if you're trying to get some seriously authentic Puerto Rican food and a lot of it, this is the place to be. Very interesting location. The buffet is made up of different types of foods like American, Chinese, Puerto Rican, Dominican and Cuban. It's a place you want to go with family and have cheap eats but it's not a place I want to go back to. I enjoyed it because you kind of get to pick and choose what kind of food you want from which country. That being said, you don't get to pick quality food...it just is what it is. Cheap food.
