Simple small menu but delicious PR food. The chicken and ribs well season. Rice con Gandules is authentic. Great value for the buck read more

From the looks of this place you might not expect much but I was pleasantly surprised by the food. The chicken was juicy and flavorful, the yucca was soft and the rice was cooked well and flavorful. My 2 complaints would be the staff is not friendly. The one older lady is pretty rude actually (at least the 3 times I've been there) and the bathroom is HORRENDOUS. Not only is it run down and musty but dirty too. I normally wouldn't even attempt to use it but because I am normally on my way back home to Tampa when I have visited that was why I even attempted it. You have to ask for a key at the counter and the lady always acts as if you are bothering her by asking for it. read more

Street BBQ chicken Puerto Rican style. At $9.95 for a whole chicken, who can beat that? Rice & gandules for four at $4.95, well, try to feed four with a flavorful finger licking homestyle meal. Best Buy of the week! read more

We went to this restaurant because one of my coworkers recommended it; however, we were very disappointed. The service was not good at all, as soon as we walked in the cashier was on her phone arguing, guessing by her vocabulary. No showing of good customer service. The restaurant was run down and food was not as good as I thought, it smells like grease, of course because they fried a lot but it wasn't pleasant. Thank you but no thank you for me. read more

I never went into Viktor Pollo so I cannot speak for the ambiance or service of the restaurant. However , a friend of mine brought some Viktor Pollo to my house when I was sick and it was absolutely delicious. The food had amazing flavor and the portion sizes were amazing. I plan to visit in person. read more

Food is ok! Ribs are not fall of the bone, too tough service is ok for fast food , ambiance is of fast food . Don't think I'll be back.

3.5 stars! Ordered carryout. Although a tad on the salty side, food was still flavorful and good. My favorite items were actually the rice and batata (sweet potato). The chicken was juicy but a bit overcooked, and I wish the ribs were more tender. What was really disappointing is how expensive some of the sides were. You can see from my pic how small the portions were.... ensalada de coditos (macaroni salad) $2.25, batata (sweet potato) $3.50 & longaniza (sausage) $2.95. read more

This place is located on the corner of 192 and John Young Parkway. A little whole in the wall with very small menu, fast friendly service but very tasty food. The menu is basically the following, Authentic Puerto Rican Arroz con Gandules (Rice & Peas). Meats are perfectly cooked. They have Pollo Asado (Rotisserie Chicken, Pork Ribs, and Sausage. The sides include Perfectly cooked Batata (Sweet Potato), Guineitos (Boiled green banana), and Yucca (Cassava). read more

Saw this spot in kissimmee and decided to stop. Parking sucks since there isnt enough spaces. the interior isnt the nicest or cleanliest to say the least. I ordered the super combo for just under $10 and was packed to feed at least two people. Value was good, taste was also decent. I can tell everything is high in sodium including the Yuca i ordered was salty. I prefer Pioco's Chicken over this spot. Would not be back since Piocos is superior in my opinion read more

Went today to try this restaurant for the first time. The place is small and you can see the kitchen and the chicken cooking while you wait. Menu is small, I decided to get the 1/2 chicken combo with rice, peas, and plantains and it was good. The food was flavorful and they give you a lot of food my meal was $7 and it fed two people. The place was busy and the wait for take out wasn't long. I know they are new but you should not see the cans of Goya beans being used try and hide that from the customer. I want to think I am getting something special and not something I can go make in my own house lol Service was pleasant, I would go back when I am in the mood for Spanish food. read more

I'm not Spanish, nor have I had much Puerto Rican cuisine. The entire menu is Spanish with no translation, so bring your Google translate. The service was nice and helpful. They were aware we were first timers and made sure we liked the food... which we did! The super combo was generous and tasty, with well-seasoned and juicy chicken, pork, and longaniza. Loved the yuca and rice with pigeon peas. The green banana side is delightfully different. Be sure to ask for their garlic sauce. read more

This place is the truth. The first of the Puerto Rican chain in the US, Viktor Pollo opened up in Kissimmee Florida slanging some of the best bird around. I ordered the "super combo" which was way too super for me to finish. It includes a half chicken, chicken sausage, ribs, rice, and a side of plantanos for $10. My wife got the regular chicken combo with a side of yucca. The chicken is so damn juicy. Like the kind of chicken you can't tell if it's light or dark meat. So tender and simple, yet so flavorful. The rice (I'm assuming made from the chicken drippings?) was the perfect way to sop up those extra juices. And the pleasant surprise was the yucca. It was so garlicky that it can be smelled all the way out west. Still new and kinda need to figure out their line system but it's worth the hype. Get there early before the crowds. read more

I little of Puerto Rico in Kissemme great tasted food and great customer services, a+++++++++

The chicken was so juicy. Ribs we seasoned so well. Rice and guineos with the mojo was incredible! 100% recommended.

The service was crap, rude personnel, the food ok. It's a line of food, therefore the food just sits there, when is served to you is not hot. The season on the chicken was ok and the rice was bland, no flavor. Has had better authentic Puertorican food for sure. Will not recommend nor return. read more

This place serves really great chicken and sides. I would recomend to anyone wanting a latin rotisserie chicken.

Well the person at the counter was kinda rude. Keeping in mind that this was my first time here so I was not sure if the menu there was no help there. The food was extremely salty I gave three stars because it did have good flavor but the salt made it inedible read more

This is a real review from a real customer. I stopped here today and order half a chicken. Everyone was abiding by the 6 feet social distancing. When I got to the front I was attended by a light skin puerto rican girl she had just arrived around 2:30 pm, So here are the huge 2 errors. When I started to tell her my order, the phone rings and she completely ignores me and picks up the phone and starts taking the order. I m like hello I m right here making an order. She just totally ignored me. Another lady short with glasses started my order quickly trying to help me the way customer service should be. The order taker returns and processes my order on the register and I proceed to pay. I notice no one was wearing gloves but the one person (older lady with glasses) wearing gloves. So I did not want to touch the Clover station screen to sign my name and the snotty disrespectful female gave a stupid look and said you should of stayed home then. I am furious and upset that this kind of attitude is actually permitted in a place where families goes to support their business and eat... So maybe yea I will just not go back and find another place to eat as long as they have employees that don't respect customers. I did eat the chicken it was good but THE SERVICE SUCKED 100%.. Save yourself frustration and don't get insulted for free.. stay away. read more

We were visiting from Texas and saw the pictures on Yelp and gave it a try have been on vacation for about a month and this is the best place we have eaten on our trip. Portion size is huge we ordered 2 of the combos and it was more than 4 of us could eat almost brought home a complete dinner. Prices are too cheap for the amount of food you get. The staff was super friendly and the food was great. would give more stars if we could. read more
