Sure enough the moment we walked in we met her. The general restaurant ambience was semi sports bar and semi steakhouse. They are connected to a casino and bar, which is a good time as well as a liquor store. Really anything you could ask for all in one location. The fillet came out a little bit rare, but they were more than willing to cook it longer, and the taste profile was great. The elk T-bone came out cooked wonderfully and had a gamey flavor that I would highly recommend trying if you're a fan of white tail venison (Tennessee boy here). I do think that you should get maybe a bit more asparagus for each $50 meal, but the ambience and service more than made up for the lack of vegetables.
