Also, just the right amount of fat and lean meat. Not overly greasy compared to other carnitas I've had. Beans - great flavor of beans. Not from a can. Great seasoning on it. Corn tortillas - real deal fresh pressed and homemade style corn tortillas to go with our carnitas. This was definitely the highlight of the entire pack and put it all together.
