It may have been the owner behind the bar, not sure, but I was appreciative that they made a new drink and didn't pour it out over the salt into a new glass. I never understand why bartenders think that's ok if you don't want salt. He then delivered it to me personally. It does not remain static like many of their competitors' lineups. They often change their taps (something like twenty or more) and take chances with unique flavors. How many bars have a Salted Nut Roll beer? From a food perspective, I can say that while not having tried a ton, that which I have has all been on the better side. Daily specials and HH are also something to expect, with the former often as unique as you might get. And if you're in the mood for a good burger, I would liken Kev's to a Boulder Taphouse, all in ways similar to quality, portion, and creation. At the crux, though, are the staff and owners. They are great people that I consistently choose to surround myself with, hardworking, friendly and fun. It is a young atmosphere within a sports/burger-bar environment. One-hundred percent worth trying if you are new to the area or passing through town.
