And regrettably, I waited until the last night before my departure overseas to visit, because we had a great experience. I won't lie and say this is something unique to Mexican/Latin food, but I will say it's very filling, very good, and very hard to choose between so many delectable options on the menu. My quesadilla was legitimately excellent. I asked to add jalapeños to it, and they obliged. I'm fact, I met some of the people that work there the night prior and intimated my love for all things spicy, and the first thing they did was bring me spicier salsas than the traditional MN palate typically enjoys. The staff here are literally amazing. They are so friendly and accommodating, brought us complimentary drinks out of straight kindness, and genuinely wanted us to enjoy our night.
