When we politely pointed it out, there was no effort to fix the mistake or even acknowledge it--just pushback and a lack of professionalism. Another visit closer to closing time was even more frustrating. The floor had just been mopped with no warning sign, which is a safety concern. When we tried to order, we were told multiple items were already put away, and it felt like we were inconveniencing them just by being there--even though it was still well before closing. Overall, the atmosphere feels unwelcoming at times, and the customer service doesn't match what you'd expect. It's disappointing because the drinks themselves are good, but the experience makes it hard to want to come back.

The bathroom was not clean and I had to clean the toilet before allowing my child to use it. We saw a man and woman bringing in supplies while we were there, but it got late and we had to go. I'm not sure if they would have even honored making the free drinks at that point anyways, but at this point everyone in our family tried them and did not like it. Free drinks are not why I am disappointed, but more so that that the bathroom was not clean and it smelled weird in there and no one liked their smoothie in our family. I hope they can make it nicer and not close down because it looks like it's a nice establishment in Vintage Park, but they just have to work on cleanliness and having actually good drinks.
