I have had some burritos that were huge and amazing and my favorite thing of all is the steak quesadilla! Unfortunately, something has changed. Not getting that good steak anymore. I got a burrito last week and it was basically a pot roast burrito and heavy on the rice. I was sad .. I know the old man used to cook the stuff at the house and bring it to the trailer. I have seen him bringing in fresh stuff for lunch for years.. so I don't know, inflation, this crappy ass economy. I get it. But it's definitely not the same. I guess I will try the pastor. It's probably fire..

Not a lot of parking-which wasn't a problem on a Saturday, but I can imagine it might be on weekdays. Starters: fresh corn tortilla chips in nice silver serving trays. Three kinds of salsa: red (mild), green (extremely flavorful but not spicy) & red (hot-with onion and cilantro). I loved the spicy red and the green. Queso blanco-topped with pico , street corn and jalepeno slices--DELICIOUS!! I ended up adding some of the green sauce to my queso chips: yum! Meals: seafood enchiladas with white cheese sauce, Mexican rice and beans. The seafood had great flavor-I would have skipped the cheese sauce-a little heavy for seafood imo. Hubbie had pork tamales, Mexican rice and beans. He loved the fresh pork with queso Fresca on top. The beans were delightfully fresh as well-not the typical in most Mexican food places. Other sides offered with lunches: pico de Gallo, white rice, steamed veggies. We look forward to going back in a few weeks after they get their liquor license and trying a marg and nachos!

When you arrive there is plenty of parking in the lot out front. Walking in you'll be transported to a vibrant, upscale-casual, energetic atmosphere in the heart of the pinnacle promenade. To start we order chips with the salsa flight (Caribbean mango, verde tomatillo, and zucchini) which were excellent. Next we ordered a queso blanco which was perfect and I couldn't stop eating it. For my drink I ordered the Texas two step margarita (Reposado Tequila, Jalapeño Infused Triple Sec, Basil Syrup, Lime) which was perfectly balanced and had the right balance of heat and flavor. For my entree I ordered the chargrilled ribeye tacos (Grilled ribeye steak, fajita veggies, tomatillo sauce, queso fresco, Mexican crema, cilantro · House-made flour tortillas) which were cooked perfectly and were so good. Overall we ordered way too much food. I'd probably pass on the salsa and order the queso. Definitely check out Local Lime if you are in the pinnacle promenade area!
