Then you take your new found monies next door to pay off the Bail Bondsman. It was barely a felony, so chill out. So what's next for ya? I'll tell you what's next. Walk out to the parking lot and find some great goddamn Mexican food. Cute little food truck with nice hard working folks ready to fill your belly with some delicious and very authentic food. Real deal tacos. Overfilled with hot and fresh meat. Double wrapped with corn tortillas. Simple onions, cilantro, and a few lime wedges. Just so goddamn delicious. I've tried the asada, pastor, and carnitas. All equally as good. 3 tacos go for $10.50 (that's 3.50 each) and will for sure fill you up and keep you going. Fresh homemade salsas to top it off. Some other dickhead commented the salsas were too hot. Stop being such a pussy. They're wonderful salsas. Quesadillas are huge, filled to the top, and just cheesy bueno goodness. You can't go wrong with anything. Always hot and made with Mexican love. Cash only, so raid your kids piggy bank and head down to St. Paul for some beautiful comida Mexicana.

I love that you get the best of both worlds here with the lively, airy patio and the cooler, quieter interior depending on what vibe you're in the mood for. The drink menu is also a standout with some really fun cocktails. Staff is always friendly and kind, and service moves quickly, which I always appreciate. One of my favorite things is being able to mix and match tacos so you can try different proteins instead of committing to just one. I also love the variety of salsa options.

I sat at the bar as I was alone. I ordered their classic margarita which was very tasty. For food I ordered 3 tacos - a Calamari, a Shrimp and a Pork. The food arrived quickly and was nicely presented. My favorite of the 3 tacos was the Calamari. The calamari was lightly breaded and very crispy yet tender. The cabbage and crema were great accompaniments. The Shrimp was second favorite. Nice sized shrimp were cooked perfectly. I was a little surprised by the spice level was a bit more than I was expecting. I then tried the pork taco with salsa verde and again was surprised by the spice level. The menu does a good job of identifying the spice level of the various salsas they offer. I would recommend that they do the same with their tacos just for awareness. I ate the 2 seafood tacos and 1/2 of the pork. I would have appreciated some chips or some sour cream to help cool things down. Overall I'd like to comeback and try more of the menu and bring friends and family.

The inside is clean and the walls proudly show off Mexican culture, which is cool. Food is ordered on kiosks, which is good if you know what you want, but if you do not, there is no one there to help-- you need to walk over to the kitchen area to ask. Food came out quickly, and there is a salsa bar! Pros: - Good food - Portion sizes are good Cons: - If there is a line, it can fell like lots of pressure to quickly order, which can be tough if it's your first time.

They offer a good variety of Mexican food that includes tacos, burritos, machetes, huaraches, torta, and more. I love their birria burrito and their shrimp volcano. One item I recommend to try is their mega birria which is 1/2 lb of birria meat smothered in shredded cheese, on a 18" corn tortilla with cilantro, onion, served with a cup of consume and side of limes. You can order at the kiosks and pick up your food within less than 10 minutes which makes a quick service. The restaurant has several tables you can sit at and nice music on to enjoy. Each Taco Libre has their own decorations and this is also one of my favorite with part of a wall full of jarritos bottles.

I know this place gets a lot of glowing reviews, which is why I kept coming back to give it another shot, but I still don't really get the hype. It's not bad, but it's definitely not great either -- it kind of just exists in that middle ground where nothing stands out. The atmosphere is fun and lively, which is probably its biggest strength. It's a great place to meet up with friends. Service is decent, but the QR code ordering takes away from any real connection with staff, so the whole experience ends up feeling a bit impersonal. I've only had non-alcoholic drinks here, so I can't speak to the margaritas or cocktails that people rave about -- but the NA options I've tried have been fine, nothing particularly memorable. The food is where it really misses for me. Everything I've had has been pretty bland and forgettable. The green salsa was underwhelming, and the burritos I've tried have been barely seasoned -- not spicy, not bold, just kind of flat. I understand Minnesota tends to lean mild, but this felt less like "approachable" and more like the flavors just aren't there. This time I ordered the Lunch Crunch with birria, and it was honestly completely forgettable. Nothing tasted especially fresh or flavorful, and there wasn't a single bite that made me think, "I'd come back for this." The chips are fine, but that's about the most enthusiasm I can muster for the food. After three visits, I don't see myself choosing to come back.
