The environment is definitely for the younger crowd although older hip dude might enjoy it too. Mike did an amazing job on my haircut, however, looking at everyone's hair after the cuts any one of these guys would do a great job! Of course, I'm going to recommend Mike. Now, you may at this point be wondering why the 4 stars. I wasn't greeted when I walked in. I waited 20 minutes before anyone said anything to me. This place takes their appointments seriously, so schedule an appointment or be prepared to wait. The appointments are $25 per cut but depending on your schedule it could be worth it. One sign in there shop should be enlarged because as a customer without an appointment I appreciated it and had I seen it when I walked in would've given this place 5 stars. The sign said we don't ignore our customers, we work around our appointments. Great great great! Just make sure you Greet Greet Greet!

The 2nd time around he wasn't there and I went and asked for a haircut it's as if the guys were annoyed that I was a walk in and very annoyed that they had to cut my hair. After talking amongst themselves which really made me feel like something was wrong with me or something. The boy that I finally got was absolutely not it for me! He kept having the other guys come around him they were talking and laughing and while he kept doing that it felt as if he kept cutting me with the razor. He kept asking where a certain clippers or a razor was at and for some reason it would make the other guys around him laugh. This absolutely made me feel as if they were intentionally trying to mess up my haircut and laughing at me or laughing at him making mistakes idk but you can tell something was off. Anytime I would speak after a question I would get cut off with a "Oh-ok". Sure enough when I left that chair one side was fuzzier than the other, I had red razor marks and above all my cut was uneven all around. I've never felt more embarrassed to walk back out just to be laughed at which again was what they were doing as I had my back turned walking out, and then having to go into work like that. I'm normally not someone to say anything but this was absolutely unacceptable and beyond unprofessional.

This is a legit Barbershop, with people who love to cut, style and shave hair. Cuts: For myself, I usually do a low fade, skin on the sides, and a trim up top. This does leave a lot of room for imagination as I have never had the same haircut. The barbers will change the length they cut and the level for "low", but I have never been disappointed with a cut here. Shave: I have done the shave once and won't do it again. I have extremely sensitive skin and the gentlemen who gave me mine really hurt my skin and neck. It's probably fine for those who don't have skin like a tissue, but alas I do. I NEED TOUGHER SKIN DARN IT! Atmosphere: Like I said in the beginning, this is a legit Barbershop with the old school chairs, the attitude that makes you feel rushed but cared for, and just a no non-sense approach. I love it. I don't have to make appointments but they do have that option. They have chairs available and wait times that are appropriate. If you're looking for a new barber, I would recommend their services!

I agreed and she started doing my beard cleanup. Then a guy who stated he was the manager told me there is no such service. He told me I would be paying full price. Of course, I agreed because she had already started. But if you're going to post something on your website, as a manager, it is your duty to uphold that services price. Very bad experience! Very disappointed! The barber did a great job, but the services is rendered were not the services requested. Shame on that manager!

I've been to shops all over Mesa and Gilbert, including V's Barbershop and several others, trying to find "my spot." I almost didn't write this because I don't want this place getting too busy, but these guys deserve the recognition. The shop is clean, everyone is welcoming and friendly, and most importantly--they know what they're doing with the clippers. Jonathan cut my hair, and he absolutely nailed it. The fade was clean, blended perfectly, and exactly what I was looking for. If you're picky about your haircut, especially if you like short, clean fades, I'd definitely recommend giving Two Guys Barbershop a try.
