Green chilaquiles
Wendi L.

This restaurant looks like a cute little house, the decor is very creative. We had the green chilaquiles with chicken, the huevos Mexico and two Americanos. Delicious! There's outside and inside seating, we chose to sit outside, feel the breeze and people watch as we ate. The service is very good and the staff is very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend this little gem.

THEY HAVE MOVED!!! Centuro Sur Entre Sol y Andromeda. From the old location on Tulum Ave, go to the closest street (right as you face Tulum Ave), turn right and walk past all the restaurants and cafes. The next block on the left across from a dive shop. Easy to get to but hard to see from the intersection. Worth the short stroll! Great little place!! They are more than sandwiches. Great fresh drinks, coffee, and it's easy to turn your sandwich into a salad. Everything is high quality, the meats, fresh bread, greens. It's amazing how just simple high quality ingredients paired well can taste so delicious. Great service and so relaxing sitting outside on the porch without the hustle bustle of the normal crowds. Didn't want to leave!

This map pin is a little off. But this is THE place to get a fresh salad. Also $3 smoothies were great

They were super nice and made this AMAZING breakfast for me really fast so I could catch my ADO autobús back to Cancún airport.

This coffee shop had the best tasting espresso (naturally, I ordered the Americano) in the entire Yucatán Peninsula (even better than anything in Cancún), and the prices are very reasonable. It's your canonical upscale hipster urban coffee shop if it were transplanted to Tulum, QR. Miraculously, they also somehow had 40 Mbps wifi Internet (but only usable indoors, there was absolutely zero signal outside, and I have top-of-the-line 2016 wireless-AC hardware) -- I still can't figure out what ISP they had because everybody else in town seemed to have 1-2 Mbps tops. As a tech worker trying to do remote work, this kind of stuff really matters. They just need to add a repeater or another access point outside to fix the outdoor reception problem, easy solution. Despite having no wifi outside, I really recommend just unplugging and sitting in their outdoor area because it's a really nice relaxing, beautiful wide open space. They also serve breakfast there, so you can get a nice frying pan full of huevos rancheros served straight to your table for brunch.

The table was artsy, but my phone ran out of battery before the drinks and food came out.

My boyfriend loves the sandwiches here! Delicious and prepared fresh , not to mention choices! Veggie options, salads and healthy smoothies for the light days and cappuccinos are great. Our server was a bit aloof but nice. We got our orders quick and everything was pleasant and tidy. Nice bathroom too :)

Delicious! I LOVE sandwiches and I am so happy to have found this gem! The women working in the cafe were very kind and made me feel extremely welcome. The back garden patio is beautiful and quaint. I have already been there twice and plan to revisit many more times! My favorite sandwich so far was the smoked salmon. Make sure you try the chili flake oil on whatever you order. They also have salads, glorious coffee drinks.

Mr. Pavo....want this in my mouth right now!

Amazing sandwiches and juices! I wish there were a place like this in the United States. Probably the best sandwich I've ever had. I got the Mr. Pavo twice, once with the rosemary bread and once with the wheat bread. Both breads were delicious! The Orange, carrot, ginger juice is amazing! So is the orange strawberry and guava! My boyfriend got two different sandwiches and he loved them as well! They give you EVOO with spices/red pepper flakes in it for your sandwiches that's spicy but delicious. So so good. Can't wait to go back!

Good food. Fast service. Relaxed atmosphere. The sandwiches are very filling and they have different types of bread to choose from.

This is an amazing place for lunch after a day of diving cenote or exploring the nearby ruins. Great sandwiches and juice.

Originally we tried to make reservations, but they said it was not possible, it it was completely empty when we arrived around 10 am on a Sunday morning ( could also be it was election weekend ). It was like we had the entire place to ourselves anyway for the first 45 minutes. The backyard was super cute and they offered free drinking water as well. Very laid back and nothing fancy. Between the 6 girls we ordered everything to share and we loved every single dish Hummus -- This dish was beautiful lots of color and easy to share Mushroom Ceviche : Easily one of our favorite dishes and would come back for this item! Packed full of interesting flavors and the hot sauces are amazing. Especially that white one, it has a huge kick! Huevos Rancheros -- Fried Eggs on top of tortilla with bean cheese spinach and lots of yummy stuff! Basically what you expect it to be and delicious Tofu a la Mexico-- Scrambled tofu served with rice, avocados, and tortillas. we all grabbed some of the tortillas and filled them with the scramble tofu and items it came with. I would recommend this one. Enchiladas -- This item confused us, maybe we didn't order the correct item? But it almost felt like a deconstructed enchilada.... which made us sad. But the flavors were delicious, Avocado Toast -- Your basic avocado toast, nothing too special. It was very pretty. Of all the dishes I had to ask someone to pass the salt and also put hot sauce on it lol. Molecito Corazon -- Roasted Cauliflour steak covered in homemade mole, with sweet potatoe purée, brown rice and avocado! This item was very hearty and interesting. The mole sauce was delicious and great item if you are hungry and want something on the heavier side! We also ordered some of the frozen drinks and coffee, I would recommend ordering regular or ice coffee but the frozen drinks are not bad! Overall we loved all the items! If you are looking for a vegetarian restaurant or just healthy brunch with recipes you've never seen, I definitely recommend this place! Will not disappoint.

We walked up for brunch timeframe and were told it would be 10-15 minutes, they had plenty of seating to wait BUT it was really only 3-4 minutes which was perfect. They have an open air concept, and we sat in back which was like a little magical garden area with a creek running through it. It was so adorable, and so tropical. Their drink menu was tasty, we got a couple of their mezcal drinks which low key were probably the best in all of Playa. Unique, fresh, and delicious. The food was incredible. My husband got a shrimp dish, it came with some very unique and creamy potatoes and a sauce that was so flavorful. I got a classic Chilaquiles dish that had so much flavor, but all the ingredients tasted so fresh and amazing. And almost a whole avocado on top which was insane. Such a great experience. We weren't rushed, taken care of, fantastic food and drink. I can see why it's highly rated.
