Hidden away pizza food truck gem hidden behind a big bar called Crazy Train…read more Definitely a cool hangout spot with a few choices of food trucks and lots of outdoor seats. Looks like they have a stage so they may have live bands. The truck has a self checkout pad with a fairly simple no fuss menu. We chose their special they mentioned that's not normally on the menu, Pesto alla Vodka, Ricki Roni (pepperoni) and, garlic cheese sticks. Super friendly service and when we picked up they made sure we got some red pepper and parm. Food was done fairly quick, fresh, and TOASTY!!! They definitely know what they're doing. It's like a pan pizza where it's thick and fluffy in the center. Not greasy at all. Then the outside was crunchy from the cheese being toasted at the edges and bottoms are crisp. The sauce, toppings, and seasonings were chef's kiss. Even the buttermilk ranch on the side is made fresh. We'll definitely be back!

Apparently their meatza is the most popular pie. I won't tell you the name of the pie we ordered (because they no longer carry it), however, I'm pretty certain you'll still experience the joy of perfectly crisp crust, quality ingredients, and bright flavors from any pie you choose. Additionally, I talked to the guys that run this truck while waiting for my pie, and they were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and passionate about their craft- my favorite combination. I never knew eating Detroit-style pizza Al fresco in the swelter summer heat could taste so good!

The customer service is pretty good, but I noticed the times they can get busy and they won't even stop to acknowledge you're there. That's fine. I get it. You're busy, but you have to acknowledge when people are sitting down. You can't just ignore them and keep doing what you're doing. For that reason, I give them a four stars. I get it you're understaffed, but you gotta greet the people when they come in and you gotta acknowledge on people are sitting at the table. You can't just pass by because you're busy. Again, though the food is good and we enjoyed the pizza we enjoyed the big wings I think I've been here at least five or six times and the food has always been excellent. You'll be all right, just to to work on staffing

There are lots of big fans moving the air around and keeping the flies away. There were quite a few people vaping consistently which is my only negative but we made sure to sit by a fan that blew all of that away. The bathrooms are extremely clean and cold! It was nice to not be all sweaty when having to potty. The different food trucks offered lots of options and the prices weren't bad at all. Most of the trucks had dessert options too which was a nice surprise. I had the brisket balls and funnel cake, I'm looking forward to getting them again. I don't drink but my companions were pleased with the beer prices and the 10% discount on drinks for law enforcement, military and teachers. We had a really good time and are already planning to go again next week. Oh! And one in our group won the final bingo game and won $160!

I ordered 3 tacos with 3 different fillings and I got almost no flavor with each (lengua, barbacoa, and pastor). I also ordered the Gordita. It was meh as well. The saving grace was their red and green sauce. Those were amazing. I also ordered their horchata which I could immeadiatly tell was a mix and not homemade. Tasted like melted icecream. It did hit the spot with the spicy sauces though. I'm glad I tried them out but I won't be going back.

If you've ever been to Mexico you know they do burgers with a different touch and La Casa De las Carnitas did NOT disappoint. They give you a hefty portion and the refried beans were a nice addition!!! They weren't listed under the description so I was surprised, but the beans definitely balanced out the dish. There is also many different salsas to choose from. My personal favorites were the Chile de árbol and Salsa macha. I do have to warn y'all that the salsa macha is their spiciest one so if that isn't your jam avoid it. The árbol sauce can be spicy, but there are creamy inclusions which helps counter the heat. The owners are super friendly and service was pretty quick. I can't wait to return and try their carnitas as well as other menu items.
