The grouper was lightly breaded and fried. It wasn't oily at all and very flavorful. The rice was also very delicious. It had the perfect amount of "sabor". The portions are generous but I did order dessert just to try the flan de queso. Zero regrets, it was delicious and unlike any other dessert I've ever had. Just imagine cheesecake merging with flan drizzled with caramel... The service was great, both Spanish & English are spoken here so don't be intimidated if you're not a native.
