I've grown to really like the carnitas tacos at El Chiapas and fortunately this blue colored truck still sold those. I got a plate of three carnitas tacos with beans and rice. I topped them with cilantro and onions, which you get at their self serve station. The tacos were delicious. The service was nice and quick as usual. I was a little disappointed with my experience this time around. They didn't have the pina agua fresca that I usually order with my food. Also, the truck was parked right in front of the car wash (it used to be parked in front of the gas station). The car wash was so noisy that it was difficult to order the food. That being said, I'll continue to come back to this place when I get a craving for good carnitas tacos. Where they can park is probably out of their control.
