Humble little place that serves lots of unique South American dishes, and in huge portions! We had a Reina pepiada arepa and it was good. My wife has ravines and it could have served 4 people! My daughter ordered cachapa. They were big and full of cheese. Probably can feed 3. Can't wait to return and try their sancocho.

Wow! This place is great! We went in for the mideastern fare. They have Venezuelan, too! Interesting combo, maybe we will try that next time, but.... The mid eastern plates we had were so good , I will be going back for more! I had the chicken shawarma plate, my husband had the Mediterranean lunch plate. Mine was exquisite and my husband liked his. We had pineapple sodas to go with. Delicious but very sweet, I only drank half. Can't wait to go back!

Unique name. Understated modest dining room. Venezuelan & Mediterranean food is not a natural combination, but they pulled it off. Sampler platters made it easy to try quite a few of their offerings all at once. Definitely need to order more of their platters next time.

Daily specials.. the pasticho was so good. A white sauce low cheese lasagna. Fantastic!

They always hit the top notch on the latin inspired dishes. Working my way through the ever expanding menu.

Really can't go wrong with either of the Venezuelan or Mediterranean options. The picada was one of the best things I've ever had - tender shredded beef with freshly fried arepas all under a mountain of fresh greens, delicious sauce, topped off with a fried egg. The owner himself was bussing tables and talking to folks which I really appreciated. This is an amazing hidden gem for halal food in the area!

Flavor was good, the ambiance was good, customer service was good to. I think we can give it a try again. We have tried other Venezuelan dishes in other areas these were different in taste but not bad.

I ordered the chicken schwarma sandwich with a baclava for dessert, they were both excellent with plenty of flavor. The shopping center had good parking, the place was clean and the staff was friendly. Would highly recommend. Will be back again.

Great food- I've been here several times since discovering it. Reminds me of great fusion options I see back home in NYC. We like to eat a little of both countries food options each time. Huge portions.

Pattacones

Friendly staff. I will try a different dish next time -- I had the pattacones, but the plantains didn't seem super fresh or salted. The combination of ketchup, mustard, and their house sauce didn't seem to work well together, but who knows - maybe this is how it's supposed to taste. I'll probably try the arepas next time and revise my review!

This was their central avenue location next to the holtel. The chef and his wife were very friendly and proud of their food, I do not know about the food truck staff, but the restaurant owners were really nice and we had a great chat. The food was great, being out ff state I tried the green chile cheeseburger, which was really good and cooked perfectly. I asked for slightly above medium rare and it was what I got, hot inside, thick burger but just a thin line of pink, Tasty and spicy green chile, beautiful cheese melt on it. Very generous portion, the flavored fries were also very good. My wife had a shredded beed and bean arepa and it was a delicious arepas and very good slaw. Arepa was fresh and great on the combo I also ordered a side plátanos (which i can get enough) and they were cooked to perfection, nice and hot, plump and smooth and delicious. I would have liked the fries cooked a little more but the food was a 4 star!!! Service - this is the second time Ive been here and the first I ordered because the girl working there is very rude! We walked up and there was no hello, no smile, nothing. I asked if she could tell me what the chicken was spiced with, I have food allergies. She rolled her eyes, big sigh and said I don't know. Okay, you have no idea??? Then we place our order, and she walked away....no here is your total, it will be c amount of minutes, just slide the beeper on the counter and walked away. We looked at each other, saw the total on the pay pad, processed and walked away. Then after we got our food - no thank you, enjoy, have a good day, etc, we watched her smile and be friendly to a young man who walked up. The first time when we did t order we specifically did not order because same girl was very rude and literally walked to the back of the store, left "to get something" and left us standing there. Your food amazing!! Your service, especially when not busy on a Tuesday evening - will not return if I see her there.

I ordered an arepa with black beans, sweet plantains, and avocado (no butter, no cheese). It was phenomenal! I asked for no sugar and it was perfect. Indoor and outdoor seating was available and the bathroom was clean. I tried to come back a second time during my trip and they were sold out of their arepas. That goes to show just how good they are and how popular they're becoming, so definitely go check them out!

Yuca Fries were garnished with chimichurri. Then they had the cheese wrapped in breading with a dipping sauce. I can't remember the actual title and don't see it on the menu but they were great. All in all a sweet visit. I will go back just just for the refreshing beverages alone and friendly service alone. Staff is very friendly and family run and can't wait to keep going back to support this small business.
