Casey who owns Lone Star knows his craft and does it well. And at a fare price too. I have had other companies try to sharpen my Chef knives, but no one does it so professionally like Casey. And just in time for the Holiday cooking!!! Casey has sharpened my knives for 10 years now. I have seen him do miracle things to knives that have lost the tip or their edge.
