Look to be honest, I had spoken to the Restaurant Manager regarding her staff lacking anticipating customers needs, no communication of up sell and general well being. I communicated this and more to her of which I found very productive. She invited us back to experience the restaurant again and also complimented our meal, of which was not necessary how it was a lovely gesture. All I ask as a dining customer is to be asked is "have you dined with us before"? and depending on the response having the waiting staff responses appropriately which was never done. I'm not 100% sure I'll return to that venue however we may try another location as it is a Chain Restaurant and there are a few more to try. The food as such was ok, nothing to write "home" about however we did only order Nachos as the food we initially wanted to have seemed ALL too hard to order considering that lack of care taken by the staff. For those of you wondering what we were going to have, it's called the "Tex Mex Fiesta" priced at $79.00 per head and there was 3 in my family willing to have but as I told the Restaurant Manager due to the lack of care, we resorted to having a few drinks and Nachos. The reason for my low "star" review is in no way a reflection on the Manager as she did in fact take the time to talk with me however more a learning tool to let the staff now that they need more improvement on their customer service skills. read more
