The Nissan has been repaired a few times and though I wish it didn't cost as much as it did for the repairs overall they did a good job and were up-front with me for how long it would take and how much it would cost. The van's engine needed to be re-worked. It cost a lot but they did it. I knew it would because I knew an older van like this would be costly to fix. So they did the work and a few months later a gasket blew. I brought it back and they honored the warranty. It took a few months to fix but because the parts are so hard to find it took several months. (Once again, because it's 3 decades old, I knew this would take a while to do.) Since then it's needed some other repairs but they've honored the warranty and it hasn't cost me very much. I'm appreciative of the way they walked me through the hard times while waiting for parts etc.. I'm also super appreciative that they took on the work in the first place as some mechanics will refuse to work on vehicles this old. I love my car and van and it's good to know they're both in good hands.

I asked them to diagnose it, fix it, and clean up the engine compartment when they were done. They agreed, charged me $400, replaced one hose, and left it worse than they found it. I had to finish the job myself at home. In addition, their communication was horrible. Every time I called I got an answering machine and had to wait for them to call me back. Like I said, they're probably okay for an oil change, but then again, there's a quick change Valvoline station across the street. Don't waist your time.

This is a long overdue review of SmartTech Auto and the woderful people that work there…read more My Chevrolet Volt had a BCM issue that would have made it very dangerous for me to keep driving. The work for its repair was quoted around 3k but the SmartTech owner took anyway the time to do a lot of research into the problem and even found out that it was an issue for a lot of Volts and suggested that I could have it fixed for free by a Chevrolet dealership (which I did). The honesty of these guys is unparalleled, they are very polite and accomodating and I will be taking my other car for a complete revision soon. If you need a reliable and honest mechanic look no further!

The car began dangerously stalling mid-turn on the highway with my son inside. I had to take it to a different transparent facility, who pulled the dipstick and confirmed the oil was never changed--it was completely black sludge. They gambled with my family's safety and cheated me out of paid services. Their decision could've cost us our lives, and it definitely cost them a customer. Avoid this location at all costs.
