They were honest and did not take advantage of me and just try to make as much money as possible. Instead they gave me the most detailed report on my car and very patiently listened to my many questions and were really good at explaining car stuff to a non car person. Anyway I highly recommend because this is the kind of place that you never hear about. A really good shop with really professional and polite staff. I am giving them only 4 stars because they are not magic and I did not have them do the work needed because it's not worth it but I only knew that because they were truthful. That said I guess I will give them 5 stars the last one for honesty.

His communication is always clear, his knowledge of every Land Rover model is unmatched, and he gives straightforward guidance on which services are worth doing. I'm leaving this review today because even though I'm on a road trip in Florida, I needed an urgent part, and Steve still took time out of his day to locate it and ship it to me over the weekend. That level of care is rare. My family has owned a car dealership in Maine for 50 years, so I know the industry well. Steve and his team operate with real skill and offer service that matches, if not surpasses, what you'd get at a Range Rover dealership, but for a far better price. I highly recommend British Car Repair to anyone with a European car. Thank you, Steve!!

I recently had brake and suspension work done on my Honda CR-V at another auto repair shop. When I…read morepicked up my vehicle, the rear end was noisy and the ride felt unusually rough. I returned to that shop and asked them to inspect it again, but they told me nothing was wrong and recommended replacing my tires for a smoother ride--even though the tires were only three years old and had just 13,000 miles on them. I then brought my car to Frank Honda and Toyota Auto Repair for a diagnostic second opinion. Mike inspected it and called me right away with a serious finding: the left rear brake caliper bolts were missing, and the right front brake caliper bolts were loose from the previous brake job. This was especially concerning because I had already returned to the original shop and been told the vehicle was fine. This issue could have caused the brakes to seize, putting both my safety and my vehicle at serious risk. I am incredibly grateful to Mike and the team at Frank Honda and Toyota Auto Repair for their honesty, attention to detail, and outstanding service. They identified and corrected a dangerous mistake that another shop had made, and I truly believe their work protected me from a serious accident. They have earned my complete trust and will be my mechanics for life.

I called five top-rated local shops, and they were the only ones willing to give me a detailed breakdown and quote over the phone using my existing Nissan diagnostics. They handled a transmission and front drive axle replacement on my 2013 Nissan Rogue, and a transmission fluid drain/refill with both new filters on my 2016 Nissan Rogue. Why they stand out: Excellent Pricing: They beat the dealership dramatically and were cheaper than other independent shops. Amazing Team: Bryce was incredibly helpful, looked into specific fluid requirements (NS-2 vs. NS-3) for me, and honored AAA discounts. Great Environment: The shop is highly organized, energetic, and professional, yet has a welcoming "family" vibe in the evening. Perks: They provided a free shuttle service (shoutout to Jordan!). The cars are driving beautifully so far. Highly recommended!
