The top 2 are the Chunky red sauce really good

Ya'll just go it's so yummy, I usually get the flautas but Veronica highly recommended the Pollo poblano and it did not disappoint! It was a creamy poblano sauce with mushrooms and onions it was reminiscent of an Alfredo sauce but it was so good Ya'll. The yellow corn Tortillas for the tacos were thin and delicious I literally would go to buy them. If they sold them. $$$

    Delicioso pollo a la crema

SO GOOD just go here- they are offering safe clean dining environment right now, as well as takeout. This is a sister business to taqueria el rinconsito nearby. They have all the Mexican flare you can think of plus burgers or tortas. Today's pollo a la crema was so fresh and flavorful, served piping hot. Service is consistently warm and friendly here. 5+ stars

Came in here to try something new. I ordered a steak torta. It was amazing! The food came out fast, tasted fresh and was brought out in a matter of minutes. They have a bunch of tvs you can watch on and even in the bathroom I thought was cool. I'll be back again! I would recommend anyone wanting to try a great Mexican restaurant to come check out this place!

To go fee. Got a side dish and was charged the fee again. What a rip off.

Placed an order. Was rang up and noticed a to-go fee. Ridiculous as it is. I forgot to get something, so I placed a side dish order to go as well and was rung up for a to go fee again even though everything was packaged in the same exact bag. Absurd way to rip customers off.

Great food. Adding .75 for takeout is a joke. Just increase your prices instead of adding illegal weird fees

Wow - what a great spot for dinner! We tried several restaurants on the block but most are closed…read moreon Mondays, so we wandered into Centro. Small amount of seating inside - maybe 3-4 booths, 2 tables and 6 seats at the bar, but they have more seating outside which was fully enclosed and heated. We snagged the last table inside and ordered chips and queso to start. Frankly made flour tortilla chips that were thick and crunchy - the perfect vessel for the queso sauce which was perfectly cheesy and delish. For dinner my husband got the Barbadilla and I asked our server if he would recommend the lime-cilantro chicken or chicken tinga for the Calabaza Quesadilla and he recommended the chicken tinga - he did not stead me wrong! Huge portions of meat in the quesadilla - I only ate a third and am having the rest for lunch tomorrow. The two servers could not have been nicer or more helpful and our dinner arrived in record time. We spent $65 for our two entrees, appetizer, a coke and a beer before tip. Love having such awesome restaurants in B-Town!

The Centro Bowl is consistently satisfying and never disappoints. Great flavors and a solid, reliable choice every time. The Tlayuda, however, was a bit underwhelming. It was difficult to eat and the portion felt small, leaving us wanting more. Overall, we still enjoy Centro for its atmosphere and dependable dishes, good service. We'll definitely be back, and the Centro Bowl will remain our go-to order.

You can tell it's made with love and tradition. The meat was tender, juicy, and soaked up all that deep, savory broth in the best way possible. On top of that, the customer service was super friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. It really felt like one of those hidden gems where the food AND the people both stand out. If you're anywhere near Burien and craving birria. don't think twice. The chips were fried fresh and were so hot, I had to wait to eat it. They were crunchy and perfectly fried. The bean dip was delicious and smooth sprinkled with cotija cheese. The service was great! Took my order right away and answered questions I had. She then brought out the food for me.

What grabbed…read moreour attention with it was that they serve Huitlacoche which I'd a corn fungus which is a delicacy in Mexico and Central America. It's something that is pretty rare to find with all of the Mexican restaurants I have been to El Catrin is the only one where it has been found. We had it on the side with rice, lettuce and tomato. The flavor for it is mushroom like with a sweet, savory, woody and smoky flavor that is corn like. It was very unique and delicious! In addition to that we got some totally awesome nachos which out of this world! We made a second trip back here and I got their Chile Relleno which totally blew me away! It was fabulous! The tortillas that came with it were simply marvelous! Steve got an excellent quesadilla! The wait may be a tad long but it's so worth waiting for. I really can't praise the food enough! We are located in Tacoma and El Catrin is in an unincorporated Seattle neighborhood and so the drive is at least half an hour on a good day but we wouldn't hesitate in making a trip up here just for this restaurant! I can't say that for many restaurants but I certainly would with El Catrin. Fresh, flavorful and a sheer delight we will be coming here with any opportunity we can seize!
