They told me the suit will be ready at 12, so I picked it up at 12 and hurried home to change, that was when I found out the suit is not finished. I contacted them, and they apologized and agreed to finish the suit. After I got the suit back the second time, I guess the suit is finished, but the quality is absolutely terrible, and they would not give me partial refund for not finishing the suit on time (which was the sole reason I paid 500 dollars for this, if I didn't need it the next day, I wouldn't pay that much for sure). This place cannot deliver their promise and the quality of service is not acceptable, especially for this crazy price.

I bought 2 dresses at a sample sale at Kleinfield's, and both needed adjustments. One more so than the other. Sam took the original dress and essentially re-made into a different dress that fit my vision, which was not easy by any means. The dress didn't entirely fit as well and I was very nervous I made a mistake buying the dress. Sam is extremely detail-orientated, and wants everything for his clients to be perfect. I'm so happy we both went to him for our big day. My husbands suit fits him perfectly and the color and pattern were exactly what he was looking for as well. Thank you Sam for everything!

I had previously sent over a list of measurements requested by my dressmaker, and when I arrived at Alts, LeeAnn was prepared with a pre-annotated sheet to make sure she covered every measurement I needed. It was difficult enough trying to find a tailor that does swimsuits due to a special sewing machine that is needed but I found Dejavu Tailoring right away online & booked an appointment easily on the website. The pricing is reasonable & the work was beautifully done. I needed this bathing suit for my upcoming trip to Italy & was relieved it was done so fast. Kai is friendly, professional & very skilled. I'm happy to have found him. Most people don't know how hard it is to find a good tailor. I'm going with Kai @ Dejavu Tailoring from now on.
