What I love most about them, is that they care about my entire business and not just the piece they are hired to work on. What I can say is, they wasted a week of my time waiting to hear back from them only to hear that they are too busy for the remainder of 2019 to take on any projects. My job was extremely simple. Just 3 plugins for a Wordpress site. I just paid $5 on Fiverr to have 1 of the plugins added and tomorrow I will pay $50 on Fiverr to have the 2 other added PLUS my sites backed up, transferred to a new host, migrated to Cpanel and an SSL certificate fully implemented...all guaranteed to be completed within 24 hours by a verified, certified tech with a decade of experience and hundreds of 5 star reviews. But it took Storm Brain a week to tell me they are too busy to add 3 plugins (without site migration etc) for the rest of the year?? This review isn't about a competitive company...Fiverr has people you must find, vet and contract, so nothing like Storm Brain marketing etc. It's about time management and KNOWING your project schedule EVERY DAY like a company should, so you're not wasting people's time. As a small business owner, a week, matters. Especially when you should have known the day I called that your project calendar is full for the rest of the year. Thanks for wasting my time.

They said it would take from 7-14 business days to try to have it repaired and they had no idea how much it would cost (after the initial $59 fee). Cesar called me within minutes, it was late Friday and all the other local repair places were closed until Monday. I took it over and he had it diagnosed and fixed in less than 1 hour! Dell told me not to take it anywhere locally. When Cesar opened up my computer he showed me the cheap parts they had used on my expensive laptop. He replaced the bad parts with high-quality ones. Instead of repairing it, I was told it would be very expensive to replace the screen. The technician then offered me what he described as a "great" MacBook Pro if I paid an additional $350, and I agreed. When I got home, I charged the laptop. It made unusual noises, so I called him. He told me it was "just the fan" and not to worry. Shortly afterward, a low battery warning appeared. I asked if he could replace the battery, and he told me to go buy a new battery myself and bring it in for installation. Trying to get help became extremely frustrating. Several times he told me he wasn't available, even though he had previously implied he was available 24/7. I have text messages documenting all of these conversations. After finally finding a time that worked, I brought the laptop back. He later texted me that it was ready for pickup. When I arrived, the laptop was turned off. He told me it simply needed to charge overnight. I took it home, but it wouldn't charge at all. When I contacted him again, he claimed the battery was probably bad and once again told me to buy another battery on my own and bring it back. At that point, I lost confidence and took the laptop to another technician for a second opinion. I was told that even with a bad battery, the computer should still show signs of life when connected to power. Instead, they found a motherboard failure, meaning the laptop was essentially nonfunctional and would never work without a major repair. I felt completely misled. Rather than standing behind what he sold me, he repeatedly shifted the responsibility and expense onto me. I have documentation of our text conversations and the sequence of events. I have since filed complaints with the Better Business Bureau and reported the matter as suspected fraud. Please be extremely careful if you are considering doing business here. After a brief consultation at the shop, I went with their 3M Ceramic IR film - 15% for all sides, rear windows & sunroof and 35% front windshield. At first, I wanted to black out my front windshield. However, I occasionally have to place a handicap placard on my rear view mirror when transporting certain family members. Danny strongly recommended that I go with a light enough film to be still able to see the placard when displayed, obviously for legal reasons. Thanks Danny for the recommendation! Danny initially mentioned that it would take about 4 hrs but they got me out very quickly in just a couple. Lastly, at the completion, he made sure to let me know about little details like to not open my windows for the next 2 days to let the film settle and also that I may notice some streaking/air bubble-like appearances on the films which will ultimately disappear. (Putting my trust in Danny since these were quite noticeable as I left the shop. ) Great pricing with Lifetime warranty, too! Overall, I had a great experience from beginning to end.
