Mark and his team have been true professionals and an absolute pleasure to work with. They built a fantastic website for our business and consistently implement requested changes within 48 hours. Communication is easy and responsive, and they bring thoughtful, creative ideas to the table that have been invaluable as we collaborate on what will perform best in the market. What we appreciate most is the time they've taken to truly understand what makes our company unique and how they've tailored our website, Google Ads, and SEO strategy to support those strengths. It's clear they genuinely care about our success--they continue to proactively suggest growth opportunities and regularly seek our feedback. The value they provide for the cost is second to none. Mark Drake and all the folks at Website Service 4 All are fantastic! They helped me stand up two websites from scratch. One site was particularly challenging in that it provided e-learning for tax professionals that had to satisfy the IRS' requirements for automating the exam, certificate and reporting processes. Mark brought in website professionals from around the world (literally, I believe one was in Romania or someplace like that) and made it happen. Mark helped me make a 9 minute 30 second intro video explaining the courses' content. Whenever a tax accountant that was tech-challenged had issues using the site, Mark would call them and help them out. He stood-up a dozen or so servers to allow us to send out about 32,000 emails a day advertising the site and handled all the interactions with the major ISP's to keep us compliant with the anti-spam regulations. As website design and hosting companies go, perhaps there's a better value for the money out there, but I never found them. Please do yourself a favor and give Mark an opportunity to show you how he and his associates can make your site the best it can be. read more

I've been using them for about 2.5 years or so. The first 1 to 1.5 years was ok (while their company name was eDynamo). I do not know if they were acquired or just went through rebranding but they are now called websiteservice4all.com. Although I am dealing with the same people their service has declined quite a bit. I have been having website issues (from their upgrades, etc) and its taken a lot inquiries into them to solicit a response. This last issue with them is really starting to test my patience with them. I cannot access my website (admin) to write blog entries or make other changes. After quite a few emails (you have to use their portal for all communications) over a number of days, I still dont have any response from them. I'm not a web savvy person which is why I went with them to begin with... but am starting to serious consider switching to another provider. If anyone has any recommendations, please feel free to post recs here for me. Thanks! read more

When searching for someone to help revamp my Shopify page, I knew it wasn't going to be an easy task. I have a ton of products, and I needed someone that was familiar with Shopify, but also familiar on customizing the site to suite my needs. It's the most personal experience because it's your business.. so if course finding someone who was professional and took his business seriously, and not a flake ( I hate to sound harsh, and yes this shows my age.. but sooo many "young" web developers I've met are just very flaky and unaccountable. Marks been in the business for over 20 years, so he knows his stuff. Yes it is emotional roller coaster getting your website redone, but he did it! Thanks again Mark for all your dedication & hard work! read more

I must have too high of expectations as I expect things to get down in a much more timely manner. I have wasted a good chunk of money that could have been spent somewhere else. I have had zero results and have accomplished nothing in 6 months. I am not willing to lower my expectations anymore. Cutting my loses and carrying on.... read more

I have been using this company for several months now. He has continued to show me not only his competence but also just his compassion. I know nothing of websites, Facebook or any of the avenues for having a successful on line business. Mark is always patient, kind and quick to fix everything i tend to mess up. I am seriously so grateful for him and his team and don't know what i would do without his help. Definitely recommended Website Service 4 All read more

I had an emergency website issue that prevented my clients from registering for classes, which is 90% of my business. Mark took the job and had me back online the same day. Great work Brock and Alex!! This was probably the best experience I've had working my site designs since 1995. I've created my own sites before and had people do them, but this was by far the best experience. First based on the general specs you asked for you came up with a great template! You then progressively worked it with me with more detailed specs, with great customer service, and at the end Alex took over providing even more great customer service. Thanks for providing the patience when required and the fast implementations when required.....just great! read more

websiteservice4all.com what an awful experience. This was my 3rd attempt to hire someone to build my site. I got screwed again. Hired them on May 29, 2017. Provided them everything they requested. On July 11, 2017, I still have NO website. Blew me off every-time I called to get a progress report. Suppose to have a 1 hour a month of consultation. I think I got 15 mins over 2 months. Paid for two month of hosting, yet they never bothered to move my address to their host. At the beginning they gave me the mock-up of my dreams. But it never resulted in an actually website, never mind a site that worked. At the end I just got tired of begging them to do SOMETHING. I realized that if it was this bad at the beginning then it was not going to get any better. So I decided to cut my losses, and made a claim with my credit card company to get my money back. The website design business is just a RIP-OFF. read more

15 years ago I was like a new born baby trying to learn and navigate the many facets of the web and websites. With so many choices and advertisers bombarding me I was a bit overwhelmed. Then I found Mark through a google search and had no idea how lucky I was about to become. Mark and his team took me through the entire process, holding my proverbial hand from start to finish and made the entire experience a pleasant one. I can't say enough good things about hos Mark managed my site and made sure that it was always current and a first find in search engines. Save yourself huge frustration, start working with Mark Drake now and leave all the other website solutions behind. You'll thank me for it. read more

Mark and his team designed and developed 2 websites for me and managed them for a 5-year period. They have always been very responsive and thorough in website support - including restoring our site several years ago after it had been hacked. Recently they took over a third website that had been developed by a different company and helped us iron out significant issues with the performance of that site. They are great at the techie side and the business side and I'm very grateful that WebsiteService4All is part of my virtual team! read more

I'm an up and coming children's book author and I needed a website to promote my book without breaking the bank. I found websiteservice4all on the Thumbtack app, and Mark was able to do in 20 minutes what I couldn't do in a month on my own. The initial consult was in person and the meetings thereafter are via screen sharing/phone. He was very attentive and very thorough in explaining how to navigate/make changes to my site. I definitely recommend this company. Budget-friendly and worth every penny! read more

Signed up in Oct of 2012 / site still not done. Their design service is slow and very poor. Directions are not followed. Had to give them page layouts and even those could not be duplicated. Our images are distorted and there is a total lack of good graphic balance and layout. You have to use their 'program' to communicate which doesn't work at all times. Phone calls are not answered in a timely manner. One has to fight to get the pages properly done or get the mistakes corrected. Person in charge could not even see the mistakes until they were pointed out by doing a screen shot with graphic arrows and comments in RED. Run do not walk to the next service. Do not waste your time or your money on this company. They talk a good story, but that is all you will get for your money. read more

I dont know about anyone else who has a website through these people but we were with them for about 1.5 years and honestly their service sucks. me and my business partner put in requests to get changes on our website and it took them weeks to respond to a request. like i told my business partner "our money wasnt green enough or we werent using the correct credit card or something because we were put on the backburner numerous times before they even tried to call us and when we would get back in contact with them after they called they would still take their sweet time to respond. So i guess if your spending big money with them....thats "PROBABLY" (and dont take this lightly) the only way you will get a response. I will give them the credit of designing a decent website for us but as far as customer service i would do more research before making a commitment to these people in our case it wasnt worth $1700 or $1800 we invested which includes the $35 monthly charge for 1.5 years. but when they werent getting paid by us then they want to contact you to find out where their money is at read more

they are thiefs they take people money and say they are going to do things to help your business , but the only thing they do is help there business by taking your money . i do not recommend them to any one to do business with them . they took my money that i didnt have and didnt do anything but help my kids not get things for this holidays. thanks for taking from my kids . read more
