Mark Drake and all the folks at Website Service 4 All are fantastic! They helped me stand up two websites from scratch. One site was particularly challenging in that it provided e-learning for tax professionals that had to satisfy the IRS' requirements for automating the exam, certificate and reporting processes. Mark brought in website professionals from around the world (literally, I believe one was in Romania or someplace like that) and made it happen. Mark helped me make a 9 minute 30 second intro video explaining the courses' content. Whenever a tax accountant that was tech-challenged had issues using the site, Mark would call them and help them out. He stood-up a dozen or so servers to allow us to send out about 32,000 emails a day advertising the site and handled all the interactions with the major ISP's to keep us compliant with the anti-spam regulations. As website design and hosting companies go, perhaps there's a better value for the money out there, but I never found them. I've been using them for about 2.5 years or so. The first 1 to 1.5 years was ok (while their company name was eDynamo). I do not know if they were acquired or just went through rebranding but they are now called websiteservice4all.com. Although I am dealing with the same people their service has declined quite a bit. I have been having website issues (from their upgrades, etc) and its taken a lot inquiries into them to solicit a response. This last issue with them is really starting to test my patience with them. I cannot access my website (admin) to write blog entries or make other changes. After quite a few emails (you have to use their portal for all communications) over a number of days, I still dont have any response from them. I'm not a web savvy person which is why I went with them to begin with... but am starting to serious consider switching to another provider. If anyone has any recommendations, please feel free to post recs here for me. Thanks! read more

When searching for someone to help revamp my Shopify page, I knew it wasn't going to be an easy task. I have a ton of products, and I needed someone that was familiar with Shopify, but also familiar on customizing the site to suite my needs. websiteservice4all.com what an awful experience. This was my 3rd attempt to hire someone to build my site. I got screwed again. Hired them on May 29, 2017. Provided them everything they requested. On July 11, 2017, I still have NO website. Blew me off every-time I called to get a progress report. Suppose to have a 1 hour a month of consultation. I think I got 15 mins over 2 months. Paid for two month of hosting, yet they never bothered to move my address to their host. At the beginning they gave me the mock-up of my dreams. But it never resulted in an actually website, never mind a site that worked. At the end I just got tired of begging them to do SOMETHING. I realized that if it was this bad at the beginning then it was not going to get any better. So I decided to cut my losses, and made a claim with my credit card company to get my money back. Signed up in Oct of 2012 / site still not done. Their design service is slow and very poor. Directions are not followed. Had to give them page layouts and even those could not be duplicated. Our images are distorted and there is a total lack of good graphic balance and layout. You have to use their 'program' to communicate which doesn't work at all times. Phone calls are not answered in a timely manner. One has to fight to get the pages properly done or get the mistakes corrected. Person in charge could not even see the mistakes until they were pointed out by doing a screen shot with graphic arrows and comments in RED. Run do not walk to the next service. Do not waste your time or your money on this company. They talk a good story, but that is all you will get for your money. read more

I dont know about anyone else who has a website through these people but we were with them for about 1.5 years and honestly their service sucks. me and my business partner put in requests to get changes on our website and it took them weeks to respond to a request. like i told my business partner "our money wasnt green enough or we werent using the correct credit card or something because we were put on the backburner numerous times before they even tried to call us and when we would get back in contact with them after they called they would still take their sweet time to respond. So i guess if your spending big money with them....thats "PROBABLY" (and dont take this lightly) the only way you will get a response. I will give them the credit of designing a decent website for us but as far as customer service i would do more research before making a commitment to these people in our case it wasnt worth $1700 or $1800 we invested which includes the $35 monthly charge for 1.5 years. but when they werent getting paid by us then they want to contact you to find out where their money is at read more
