They knew exactly how to communicate with the least amount of errors. Delivering an outcome that can't be anything less than our company could have expected or desired. Their personalities make it all the more better to work with. If you need something, they have someone! Photographer, menu design, and etc. They have the whole package and resources. Very reasonable pricing for the quality of work they've done. Our business with them does not end with just the proposed service but even throughout our venture as a business owner. I hope to give everyone the same opportunity we have experienced working with them by giving credit to what they have done for us so far. Cheers to this company!

As a female business owner running a publication, the developer repeatedly minimized serious functional issues by labeling them as merely "cosmetic." In reality, these were not cosmetic issues at all--they impacted presentation, credibility, and the integrity of a live publication platform. For a business website, particularly a magazine platform, those details matter. Unfortunately, this interaction revealed a deeper issue: a lack of respect for the client's standards and vision. The implication that these concerns were simply "cosmetic" reflects a misunderstanding of professional publishing and the expectations of a serious business owner. Ironically, this experience will likely become material for a future editorial discussion in my magazine's upcoming issue, as it highlights a broader and very real conversation about professionalism, accountability, and how female-led businesses are sometimes dismissed in technical industries.

Hail Cesar! My laptop screen was black and wouldn't respond. After trying to diagnose with AI and…read moreYouTube I called Dell and they wanted me to wait 1-2 days for them to send a box, then ship it to them in Texas! They said it would take from 7-14 business days to try to have it repaired and they had no idea how much it would cost (after the initial $59 fee). I had just paid for an expensive software rental for the month, are you kidding me???!!!! Luckily I found 24/7PcTech! Cesar called me within minutes, it was late Friday and all the other local repair places were closed until Monday. I took it over and he had it diagnosed and fixed in less than 1 hour! Dell told me not to take it anywhere locally. When Cesar opened up my computer he showed me the cheap parts they had used on my expensive laptop. He replaced the bad parts with high-quality ones. Now I'm just waiting on part 2, more parts to complete the repair. But it was good enough to use to get important work done over the weekend. Thanks Cesar!

Instead of repairing it, I was told it would be very expensive to replace the screen. The technician then offered me what he described as a "great" MacBook Pro if I paid an additional $350, and I agreed. When I got home, I charged the laptop. It made unusual noises, so I called him. He told me it was "just the fan" and not to worry. Shortly afterward, a low battery warning appeared. I asked if he could replace the battery, and he told me to go buy a new battery myself and bring it in for installation. Trying to get help became extremely frustrating. Several times he told me he wasn't available, even though he had previously implied he was available 24/7. I have text messages documenting all of these conversations. After finally finding a time that worked, I brought the laptop back. He later texted me that it was ready for pickup. When I arrived, the laptop was turned off. He told me it simply needed to charge overnight. I took it home, but it wouldn't charge at all. When I contacted him again, he claimed the battery was probably bad and once again told me to buy another battery on my own and bring it back. At that point, I lost confidence and took the laptop to another technician for a second opinion. I was told that even with a bad battery, the computer should still show signs of life when connected to power. Instead, they found a motherboard failure, meaning the laptop was essentially nonfunctional and would never work without a major repair. I felt completely misled. Rather than standing behind what he sold me, he repeatedly shifted the responsibility and expense onto me. I have documentation of our text conversations and the sequence of events. I have since filed complaints with the Better Business Bureau and reported the matter as suspected fraud. Please be extremely careful if you are considering doing business here. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this busines

(We enjoy collecting antique books together... Especially Shakespeare!) So we decided to head over to check it out! It was a neat space he had and there was a ton to look around at. (I could have stayed a few hours easily, but my BF was on his lunch break and we had a limit on our time to look around.) Anyway, there were tons of older magazines, old books, as well as random knick knacks scattered around. He didn't have any Shakespeare books, but we did find 4 books that were published prior to 1900.. I believe they were all between 1865 - 1885.. As well as one from 1929. They were all between $8-$10 but we talked him down to $25 for all of them! He also had the predecessor to Monopoly which was a board game called Finance from 1932.. Oh if only I'd brought more cash with me! Anyhow he also gave us a free dictionary! (We've recently been playing scrabble a lot and decided we needed to get a dictionary to use when we play...) It was a nice little adventure and we were happy to get our books! If you're into design, this guy has sooooo many books about it!
