Communication with the team is poor. Once the person who we regularly communicated with could not address the concern, they threw it in for another account manager/representative. Website editing is difficult to implement. Takes 3-5 business days for simple changes. We regret to ever use this company. We believe this mindset of deceitful will not take business far anywhere. They should be more truthful and accommodating to customers. Also there is none or very few companies that require such 12 month contracts.
