I was recommended to Einstein by a colleague. He definitely put me in the right direction. A big thanks to Alan and all that he does to help. We wouldn't be growing as rapidly without them. Highly recommend them. Take the leap... you won't be disappointed. read more

Very Unhappy, convinced us to get rid of our new website and go with them, charged us $$$ , after multiple attempts to see what optimization work they were doing my attorney could not get a reasonable response and after they realized we are on to them, they closed the website we paid for. We are filing a case as we have lost so much time and $$, our practice was seriously damaged. Some emails were not coming through and I had to spend a lot of time figuring out what was happening! They are nice at the beginning and if you question what they do for monthly charges they will become evasive. The Local Optimization charge was a fast few thousand wasted in my opinion. Since their platform is thier own, once you sign with them forever they will charge you fees!!! read more

I really enjoyed working with Einstein- they listened to my suggestions and concerns and make it customized for our practices' needs. I am extremely satisfied with my decision to go with their forever website platform. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to get a new website that actually starts ranking! Been working with Alan Jenkins for over three years as Einstein takes care of our SEO and Adwords accounts. I'm in the process of adding more business hours at my office and am very dependent on their expertise to make this happen. Now for anyone that is switching SEO companies like we did 3 years ago, you will not get miracles overnight. Their custom made website needs time to work and show results. Give these guys a shot! read more

I am the latest client to get scammed by Einstein Medical. I hired Einstein Medical (Industries) in October of 2014 to complete a new website design. I paid them a large sum of money up front yet never received the completed, agreed-upon product. I fired them in June 2015 after 8 months of frustrating communications, delays and misrepresentation on their part. They repeatedly over-promised and failed to deliver on many fronts. I sent a letter to the CEO, Mr.Robert Silkey, explaining my experience and requesting a partial refund but never received a response. Issues I encountered include: Fraudulent sales process: There is a serious lack of transparency, leading to a misrepresentation of the product they offer. Einstein uses a proprietary CMS, which makes the website NOT portable at all if you decide to leave them. They do not tell you this up front. Deficient and unacceptably slow design process: Since the first call, I was advised that the graphic artist 'does not talk to clients'. The design they presented after 8 months had very few of the requested and promised artistic elements. The content was so 'light' that it would provide a far less educational experience to the user than my current site. Faulty writing and design: The mock-ups presented contained numerous ridiculous errors i.e. type-o's (they don't have spell check?), inaccurate written content, wrong phone number, a buttock photo from my photo gallery on the tummy tuck page, etc. Overcharging for services: As detailed by other former clients online, this company will charge 'extra' for every little thing. In my case, I agreed to the proposed addition of a video to my homepage header - they wanted over $5000 for this 'upgrade'! They claimed extra development time, etc. Now that I am working with a different company, it is included in their basic design fee. Terrible customer service: As already detailed above, they have not responded to my certified letter, they took a month to respond to my BBB complaint and in their response, they lied. I have never had a worse experience with any company in my 15 years of running a solo practice. This company needs to be exposed for their unethical business practices to prevent other healthcare providers from wasting their money. read more

I am so glad I found Einstein Medical when I did! My patience was running thin and admin team was on my back to find someone ASAP. A friend of mine mentioned he knew a guy named Alan who could help me. He said Alan would be able to relieve all the stress I was having about the redesign and SEO process and boy was he right!! Mr Jenkins' level of professionalism during our project was WONDERFUL. He kept me updated at all times and was always happy to help when I had questions. I am excited to continue to work with Alan and Einstein! I have already passed his info on to close friends of mine. THANK YOU! read more

My grandson is doing an internship here and absolutely loves his coworkers!!! Must be a fantastic place to work!!!!

I had to fire them last year. I was charged for seo and a domain transfer that never happened. I was charged for Moz and Yext for over 9 months and they never had my website with them. I do have proof that this happened. Unfortunately, I saw my new patients decline over 20% after bringing them on board. Overall, it never went well. We had a website that looked great but never performed. Then after updating my review on their google page, one of their employees by the name of Alan Jenkins decided to go on each of my google, Facebook and yelp pages and blast me with fake reviews because I told the truth about my situation. This is not a best business practice. I sure hope the managers and executives handle this swiftly and appropriately. He is not what I would want in my company. I did reach Connor who put me in touch with Mike Hurley. He was very nice and apologetic and will be handling all of this for me. He is more of a model for some of his fellow employees. read more

I have been with Einstein for almost three years. Brittany has been my account rep. since the start. She did a great analysis of my old site, helped with the new site dev. Over the past two years, she has been timely with reports on SEO, blogs, adding pages to the site as well. As google is going mobile first, she suggested for more traffic that we should convert the site. We just launched it and it looks fabulous. I am excited to see even better results. The whole team has been exceptional, from Kyle to Emily and Saeng. Thank you to everyone at Einstein! read more

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. They are horrible. Their sales team is very aggressive and will promise you the stars to get you to sign with them. Then comes the on boarding process where you find EVERYTHING is additional. From color to adding a simple drop down menu. EVERYTHING IS MORE $$. We in the end got tricked into going live and they dropped us like a hot potato and were no longer there to help us. Even when we wrote all the content and asked them to double check the content as they misspelled words etc on our actual live site. This is the worst company we have ever worked with for website design. 4 simple words DO NOT DO IT!! UPDATE 5/7/15 We have been working with Kyle of Einstein on our site. He is amazing. He has been very patient with us and has helped give us the website we were hoping to gain in the beginning of our journey. If i was strictly going based upon our experience with him i would give him alone 5 stars. Update 10/6/15 Our website has been updated with our custom videos. The videos produced by Bob are top notch and really enhance our website however our experience with Einstein was still AWFUL! read more

BEWARE! BEWARE! BEWARE! Watch out for extremely shady practices. Paying THOUSANDS of $$ for SEO only to find out we were never even listed on google maps at all!!! Nearly 2 years of SEO and...NOTHING! Then, after promising there was "no cancellation fees" and we were free to move...they tried to tell us that we Owed them over $3,000 before they would release the site we paid $10,000 for and $20,000 in SEO with zero results we could see. BEWARE!!! read more

Great company, my territory manager Lyndsey is very helpful! Love my new website.

Einstein has helped us to redesign our website and I have enjoyed the process. Jayden and his team are highly organized and methodical in their planning and launching. I appreciate that they took the time to listen to who we are and what it is we want to express to the world. Post launch, it has been a pleasure to work with Justin. He patiently taught me all the things I wanted to know about how to make changes and add things. I would prefer to make the changes myself on my time schedule and I am thrilled to be able to do so. My account rep, Brittany, is kind and available for all of my questions. Thanks Einstein! read more

It took us years to find a company that dedicated, experienced and helpful. Einstein has achieved our website goals. When Goggled, our website is always on the first page. They are easy to work with and their staff is friendly and responds quickly. They keep us up to date on our website needs. Einstein allows us log into the website and make changes as necessary. It's also pretty user friendly too. We are an Ophthalmology Clinic specializing in refraction surgery. read more

This company is HORRIBLE! We paid them nearly $20,000.00 ....They made a bunch of promises and did not follow through with ANYTHING! We used them for nearly 2 years and they never added us to google maps. To discontinue services with them- they want us to pay nearly $4,000.00! Not only are they useless... they become very nasty and rude when you discuss terminating their services. read more

I would give them a zero star if I could. We are out of the contract with them and we need to get our domain name transfer to a new web developer. Extremely unpleasant experience to deal with them, especially Alan, to get this process going even though they know that we OWN the domain name of the website. Beware!! read more

So far a good experience with Einstein Medical. Their initial review of my old site was through and made some valuable recommendations. Now we are in the process to build a new site. Hopefully they will deliver what they said and I am looking forward to a fresh new look for my office website site. The response from the team has been great. Every time when I contact them with a question, they always have fast response. Will update this review later with new information as this is a work in progress! However, so far, I am pleased! read more

I can't say enough great things about Einstein Medical! I've worked with them for a couple years now...they redesigned my entire Web look and site and the experience was excellent. I especially need to thank my Account Executive, Chris Chiappinelli and his amazing hands on designer / technician, Kyle O'brien! No task was too small or difficult. I've felt well taken care of and would recommend their services to any professional looking for an outstanding Web development team~ read more

Terrible experience with this company! Would not recommend to anyone. What a waste of money!!!!]

I have been working with Einstein Medical for approximately 4 years and find that the more I learn myself about web presence the more I appreciate the service they provide. In order to compete for page 1 dominance you need to carefully construct an adequate budget for development and optimization. I find that the Einstein team has done an excellent job in creating a web strategy within the budget of my practice. The web site they developed gets numerous compliments from existing patients and new patients entering our practice through our website. As web and Google logarithms have changed, I believe the Einstein team has kept our site up to date and relevant. It performs well competitively with others and it has become a huge source of entry for new patients to our practice, nearly 50% of our new patient flow comes from web searches. This is, I believe, and excellent return on our investment. In order to derive this type of benefit, in an area as concentrated as ours, you do need to budget for an adequately sized site with video, a blog and aggressive optimization. In these area Einstein has delivered what they have promised. Robert Silkey, the CEO, is very hands on and has taken an active role when necessary to insure that all expectations have been met. I have appreciated his participation in our process. As a web presence become more and more necessary, it is important to work with a company that has the resources and expertise to maximize your return on investment. Einstein Medical has fulfilled this responsibility most competently. read more

Really bad experience. Had little creative input, picked a template we were shown in the sales pitch only to find out it was not the same. Was not offered any wide screen options, no personal video, all of which I was told, and shown, were available. They got my logo colors wrong, had to pay for a custom color, and it took over 8 months and is still not finished. HORRIBLE experience. 15,000.00 and 8 months wasted. Cookie cutter template, initially used a old pic of my team as my home page, lifted from the internet, of a team that was over 5 years old and not even around. Can't not recommend strongly enough. Check out the other bad reviews that may be under "not recommended" . I am not going live with them as the site and am willing to loose 15 grand rather than have any more dealings with them. In fact, I pay post the images of the site they built on another site, just so people can see it. read more
