I was charged 1600 for detailing, and the boat was still filthy on the inside. I spend several hours cleaning it after I picked it up. Secondly, a part was fixed last year before going into storage. The first time we took the boat out on Lake Michigan this year, the part failed and we were stuck in high waves on the lake. I called to let them know, asked them to work with me on the issue, because I was now 3 hours away..... I was basically told too bad, it was now my problem... The guy actually argued with me, and interrogated me as if I did something wrong. Obviously because I'm a female. Don't waste your time and money. Find another place.

Stop by a few days later to test drive, was told it was in for service. I just told them I'd be back on the weekend to test drive. I came back on Sat. to test drive, Loved it, put money down. Stop by a few days later to purchase it. When I got it home I notice the tires were low, the next day I stopped by LPM to ask if it was serviced. I was told it was. So I decided to change the air filter just to see if they did. I found a family of mice were living in the air box. Next day I stop by LPM to show them the pics of the mouse house and to ask if they were sure the bike was serviced, and I was told it was. Sounds like they'll tell you what ever you want to hear to make a buck, they'll never see my bike again.

I questioned that he was certain it was 10Ga and he insisted it was. There are no identifying markings on the sheathing or wire. (weird) I installed a 10 ft length and am now popping a 50Amp breaker at full speed Drawing 42Amps @ 24V. I believe he sold me 12GA wire or worse yet 14Ga at the 10GA price. 12GA is just not enough for the amperage I wish to draw. Even keel obviously doesn't care if you start a fire on your boat. Worse yet, it would have been cheaper to buy a set of jumper cables from farm and fleet then remove the clamps for the wire run!! Even keel is just dishonest. Why can't I post zero stars?

I contacted JL through yelp and got a preliminary troubleshoot finally also indicated the need to get it into his shop. Again responding that impossibility I was surprised with the response "do I need to pick it up". Do I need to continue? A response, a transport, of course the repair and full checkup and some pointers to better use and maintain the snow blower. Information strangely not found in the owners manual. Overall, a very positive experience and at (what I felt) was a very reasonable cost. If you are in need of a small engine repair do give John a call.

The lady on the phone diagnosed the problem immediately and checked to see if they could get a carburetor rebuild kit because it wa so old. They found one and I dropped the snowblower off, it was done and up and running like new in about 4 days for a really reasonable price. Very good customer service
