He verified they had the parts, moved out a job that was in the shop & pulled us right in to be worked on. We did a little shopping in the show room (they had everything we needed). He let know about how long it would be & the parts lady gave a great recommendation for lunch. They had us back on the road in just over 4 hours. Amazing service! Very friendly, helpful & reasonable. Beware of these guys! If you give them a deposit on an RV, but have to cancel, you will really have…read moreto fight to get back your money. They will use high-pressure to get you to NOT cancel. They will install stuff on the rig without your approval and claim that means you cannot cancel. Then, if they don't convince you that way, they will tell you that if you cancel, they will sell your RV to somebody else, but not refund of your deposit unless/until you buy an RV from them in the future. Other RV dealerships do not do this. This is very poor customer service to say the least. These are unethical business practices. BTW, Terry is STILL badgering and hanging up on customers (see review below).

This morning, I called Zach at Marengo Auto Body and Glass about our RV step issue. Zach sent his…read moreguy, Cesar, out to us to troubleshoot the issue. This was not an easy thing to figure out since there was power to the steps, but they weren't working and no fuses were tripped. In the long run, Cesar found that one of the wires outside of the control box had pulled itself out. He secured the loose wire, calmly put the mechanism together again and we tested the steps. When you are living in your RV, being able to take it into the shop isn't always an easy thing to do. Cesar was so helpful to us and we are so happy to report that they are working again. Once again, Marengo Auto Body and Glass helped us out when we needed it!

My car was leaking oil out of the valve cover gasket and when I went to COWBOYS AUTO REPAIR in a attempt to scam me they just told me that I needed a whole new engine it was gonna cost me 7,700 to fix my car n 8,200 for a new engine and they didn't even properly do a leak diagnostic check!!! I ended up going to some REAL MECHANICS where they properly diagnosed the leak found it was just the valve cover gasket repaired it and I'm back driving with no oil leaking out of my car whatsoever ! I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE THEY ARE JUST MONEY HUNGRY AND WILL ALWAYS JUST FIND A WAY TO JUST TAKE MORE MONEY OUT OF YOUR POCKETS THEY DONT CARE FOR THERE CUSTOMERS STAY AWAY!!!

Brought our Dodge minivan into Cowboys, ended up needing a transmission, plus a wheel bearing…read morerepair. Had the transmission rebuilt and not only did Tony repair one wheel bearing but he repaired a 2nd one at no cost. He also threw in caliper bracket and pin kit at no cost. After driving out vehicle for about a week we noticed a noice coming from one of the wheels where the bearing was replaced. Took it back to Cowboys and after 3 hours of trying to pinpoint the problem Tony figured out the noise wasn't coming from the replaced bearing but rather from a part on the brake which had nothing to do with the work he had done. What did he charge us for the 3 hours of trying to figure out the problem?? Absolutely nothing! That's what I call great customer service and would highly recommend Cowboys Auto Repair!
