My contract lasted about 18 months before the let me go, which was nice. However I did make arrangements to work for them longer. That was fine my biggest complaint was with Julie who was in charge of accounting. They changed payroll companies from Payday to ADP. But I was sent a W-2 from both companies, this meant I made more money than I actually did according to IRS and SSA. I informed Julie with an email since calling always went to voicemail. I informed her back in February 2020 that this was going to cause problems for me with the IRS and the SSA. She somewhat blew me off. Finally 6 months later I sent a pretty nasty email to correct the issue, Which by this time the damage was done, my SSA checks were stopped. I reached out to John and honestly he did not act that concerned about the whole issue. Until the same thing happened to him. So now I have to deal with the IRS and SSA. This could have been prevented if Julie would have informed John of the issue and immediately issued a W-2c to the IRS back in Feb when I informed her. I can see an accidental issue, but she blatantly ignored the problem and I have to suffer because of her lack of caring. And wondering how many other clients suffered the same treatment. I would have fired her immediately. I can honestly say I will / would never use eNamix again and would not recommend to anyone either. Sound pretty drastic but that's the way I feel. He mentioned that he liked my background which matched well with the position. Immediately on the call, without discussing anything else, had him jump into extremely personal questions regarding my annual salary, co-worker details, current/previous developer team size, previous company information/ company size yet he would not tell me ANYTHING about the position or the company or even INDUSTRY the company I applied for was in. Clearly, just a ploy to have some telesales warrior call around for sales leads. When I asked about the position he snapped and refused to tell me anything and said "Thats not how this works" and that someone else will call me on Monday to discuss details (which of course they didn't) Long story short.....got called to just weasel sales leads from me with no intention or existence of an interview/job. Hands down the worst agency experience I've had to date. Don't waste your time with this unprofessional company.
