I called and spoke with Tyler the co-owner and while he apologized, he never ask for my information and would not pay to get my car washed which I suggested. The next day, the same worker used the leaf blower again and blew dirt all around the tenants cars AFTER I had already mentioned this issue. If they've been in business for awhile they should know to warn people to move their cars or cover stuff. Really poor judgment.

Even worse, although we fully paid the contractor, he failed to pay multiple suppliers involved in the job -- including both the concrete supplier and the gate supplier leaving us dealing with payment disputes afterward. There poured and laid concrete broke after 5 days. The professionalism was extremely poor. Communication was inconsistent, timelines were not honored, and the overall quality of work was unacceptable. The concrete started developing cracks within the first week, which clearly reflects poor workmanship and lack of proper preparation and finishing. They also failed to properly wash and glaze/seal the concrete after completion. Overall, this was a very stressful and disappointing experience. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable or honest work. Please do your research and stay away.

Eric and his crew tackled a tough job to level the uneven soil in our 700 sq. ft. +/- area in preparation for upgrading the existing soil to improve out backyard to install a new sprinkler system and Marathon I sod. (I hope that if possible, Resolve Landscapers wouldn't mind adding any additional information that I may have overlooked). In addition, Resolve installed PTL lumber along the tree line, a separate drip system for additional plantings around our trees, and added a B-Hyve wi-fi enabled watering system with multiple stations to allow us to control the timing for watering backyard areas. We also had flagstone stepping stone pavers installed in one of the corners of our backyard, with 3/8" Del Rio pea rocks to support the walkway. For the 2nd visit in March 2026, unfortunately the company did not meet the same standard. We communicated via the same number, so they were aware of that we were interested in the same work as before last year (weed removing, trimming of tree shrub) This time, a different employee (H.H.), performed the work. He trimmed the trees and shrubs a bit more quickly than Francisco did, which was not an issue in itself. However, he didn't remove the overgrown roots, but rather just trimmed them, which caused the plants to grow back much faster than before. He also didn't apply any weed killer. After we paid via Zelle, we noticed that our 24-hr security sign had been snapped in half and left on the same spot it was planted. No shrubs were around that area. The employee didn't mention to us at all, but when we asked him what happened, he initially said he didn't know. Only after we saw pictures showing that the sign was intact, he apologized. Additionally, another blue security sign next to our AT&T fiber box was missing. The sign had been in place for months and was clearly visible from the driveway since the shrubs didn't fully cover it. The worker claimed he never saw it. We understand accidents can happen, but the lack of communication and transparency is unfortunate. We are likely moving on to another company.

I walked in to the store again and WOW they have done a HUGE remodel it looks beautiful! I talked to Chad and he honored the same pricing that he gave me 3 months prior back. Obviously they don't BS their pricing. Chad offered me professional installation but I'm more of a DIY type if person so I did it myself. He gave me an installation guide and showed me several pictures of installations done by home owners which no other company did. My project came out beautify with the help of the friendly and smart staff this company has! I'm thinking of doing my front and side yard now. Ever since I can remember I've wanted a putting green in my backyard so I can practice before demolishing everyone on the course. I looked around places like Home Depot and Lowe's but then then I came to Artificial Grass Liquidators and I was able to find the same artificial grass for half the cost; I don't know how they do it! I get compliments literally every day on my yard (turf, brand new concrete, and my expanded driveway). One thing I really respected and appreciated was that the Williams give you a price and they stick to it. They don't "surprise" you with any charges and they stay true to their word. Their crew is exceptional. My mom (who's elderly) stopped by my house during construction and one of their guys helped her to the porch and made sure she didn't fall. I would use Williams Landscaping over and over! They do amazing work and they are really good people.

This company is very fast and JC always maintained strong communication. There were some minor…read moredisappointments, but overall we were happy with the work that was done. My wife and I have a new-build that required additional landscaping of our backyard. We eventually decided to go with California Outdoor Living after reading all their positive reviews on yelp. In addition their quote was very competitive if not the best when looking at other contractors. We already had a design in mind for JC which made the process very quick. Although there was some misunderstanding with the design and drains throughout the process, JC was always responsive with his texts and quick to make adjustments. The moment we got our design approved by our HOA, the construction happened VERY FAST. We emailed California Outdoor living on a Wednesday evening of our approval. The very next day (Thursday), JC arrived to go over the outline. I do appreciate how fast things were done, but it was almost to a fault at times. They were ready to go by the next day but my wife and I didn't feel like we had discussed the plan and execution thoroughly enough. On Friday the construction workers were already digging out our backyard. They spoke only Spanish so communication was very difficult to ensure if our plan was executed appropriately. By Saturday all of the pavers were laid out. Construction was incredibly fast but because of that some details were lost in translation. We discussed with JC that we wanted an 11x14 ft paver island. However the final dimensions was 12.5 x 12.5 feet. We also wanted all the walls of our backyard to be lined with turf. However the paver border ran too close to one of the walls, that putting turf did not make sense. They only left 1 inch between the wall and the paver (see attached image). We appreciate how fast the work was done. The overall work was great BUT not exactly what we wanted. We felt rushed with the whole construction process. However everything was done in less than a week which was incredible! In addition, once the turf was laid out JC noted that window reflections from both our neighbors and our own windows would cause damage to the turf. He informed us this can happen sometimes. Going back to rushing things and not being thorough, we wished JC took the time to look at our backyard and factor in this possibility. If we had known the reflections could damage this area we would have changed our turf design. At the end of the day they are just executing our design, but it's these minor things that left us feeling like our backyard could have been better. However we are still very thrilled with the overall speed and communication done throughout the process! Would still recommend this company. But these small critiques are definitely something to keep in mind for future clients.

I would not recommend this company. Their lack of attention to detail made the entire experience…read moreunpleasant. The drainage tube was installed with the slope going the wrong direction, and the walls were not properly covered before the concrete was poured, leaving concrete splatter all over the side walls. The concrete also cracked less than three days after it was poured. It was poured on Monday morning, and on Wednesday the artificial turf guy was using a large plate compactor right next to the two-day-old concrete. I believe the vibration from that equipment contributed to the cracking. When I spoke with JC about the issue, he told me that concrete will crack sooner or later and that is why they do not warranty cracks. Concrete was poured directly on top of the soil, no gravel was brought first. While I understand that concrete can crack over time, I did not expect it to crack before I had even made my final payment. Despite my disappointment, I paid the remaining balance. After that, I never received any follow-up confirmation that the payment was received , or even a simple thank you.

Victor and his crew worked quickly and efficiently. When the job was complete, everything looked and worked great.
