I have had a biweekly cleaning scheduled consistently for the past 6 months. Haven't asked for much change and always get my two cleanings a month - same day, same time. I asked for an EXTRA cleaning this month, so I wanted them to come MORE. The way they entered into their scheduling system deleted my current scheduled time. So to my surprise after I woke up early and spent an hour prepping them to show up at 8 AM, no one came. I called and asked what was going on and I had to follow up twice. They said I wasn't on the schedule until the 29th! I told them I needed it done today and they could not find a way to make that happen for me after I have probably spent close to $10k with the over the past couple years. I have 3 small children so it's not the most convenient to have services like this canceled and then rescheduled. Plus I stripped all my beds and picked up everything for them so they could do a deep clean, all for nothing. Instead of offering any resolution other than "we are sorry, we don't know why this happened", I was pretty disappointed to say the least. Needless to say I will be providing my business elsewhere.

They kept changing who they'd bring as their partner (sometimes bia would come with someone, sometimes Rafael would come with someone else). It wasn't consistent and this led to more mistakes being made as each new person was not yet trained. I found them to be rough when cleaning. I often heard/felt the vacuum upstairs ramming into the baseboards, etc. Several things were broken (a porcelain figurine, an electronic bathroom trashcan) and a knick was put in our lvp after stools were moved carelessly, causing a corner to catch the lvp. We wrote this off though as accidents. Things happen after all. But we had wished they had brought these accidents to our attention rather than us finding them on our own. I once came back into my office after they cleaned to find my computer monitor not working (after it had been working just an hour before) and they came out to look and we agreed to split the cost of a new one since neither of us knew what happened. I super appreciated that. The last cleaning we had with them, I came home and immediately noticed that some of the black varnish on my kitchen faucet was peeled off. I texted to ask what had happened, and I got a long text back from Rafael saying that he thinks I knew it was peeling and that I did it and was trying to blame them. (Certainly not - and I wasn't even asking them to pay for a replacement - just asking what happened). He went on to say that he didn't feel I trusted them anymore and they didn't trust me and they didn't want to work for me anymore. Look - I get it. Accidents happen and I don't expect my cleaning company to pay for mistakes (I never asked them to pay for any damages. They OFFERED to pay for half of the computer monitor since they had just seen me using it before they went in to clean my office.) But I do want them to be careful with my things, gentle, and to alert me when something happened. This just wasn't the case after several years of working with them. I asked him if he had already cleaned it and he said yes but that he couldn't get the hard grime off the toilet bowl. He said he didn't have the chemicals for that and that I need to scrub it daily to get it off. Fine. After he left, I went to the guest bathroom and looked at that toilet and it also didn't look cleaned or scrubbed and looked like it was just wiped down (like I said, they have been cleaning my place for a while now so I know what to expect). And when I looked at the tub in that bathroom, I noticed little a few specks of hair in the bathroom tub and the whole tub was dry (there should be signs of water if he had cleaned it!). So I ran my finger against parts of the tub and dust came off! He literally didn't even bother cleaning that tub! I texted them and he said that if I want a deep cleaning then that would be extra. Umm I didn't need deep cleaning, I just needed them to clean my house like they are supposed to! What made it worse is that they didn't even apologize and instead tried to gaslight and blame me for not calling them every three weeks. Well, they do regularly clean my place (3-4 weeks) and it was just this month that I had to reschedule for another two weeks out due to my job situation. She did not answer the phone. They came in and the attitude began right away. So I kinda tried to help out, move stuff around for their access, told them not to go into areas where they cannot access understanding the challenges. But the attitude was still there - from both of them, but coming more from her co-worker. Rolled her eyes when she opened the fridge... if the place was clean I would have not called you, would I? There were couple of spots I pointed out to Mia that weren't well cleaned, so she took care of it, and I was hoping that sends a message that i expect a more thorough job. I went to do my workout in the garage and let them finish up. They finished earlier than I expected, nonetheless... I try to be empathetic towards people, even when they give me an attitude at first, understanding that we all have challenges in life. So i tipped them 50%. After they left, I noticed that they had not cleaned the windows properly nor the cabinets and oven in the kitchen as was asked. They did not work to get the place cleaned properly, they work to get their 2 hours minimum done. And on top of all of that, when my former landlord called them to confirm what work they had done, she told him that she was told to do light cleaning and clean the furniture only. Even though they did "clean" the bathroom, the windows, as I had communicated and sent pictures of prior. Her receipt states "deep cleaning", the stains in the cabinetry prove that they were unprofessional, especially as they claim furniture was all that was asked of them.
