Awful, awful, awful, web design company. DO NOT have them custom make you a website. I waited 3 months for the first preview and it was cheaper looking then a free template off of GoDaddy... I paid extra for Blazonco to write the content in my site and they copied all of my content and just pasted it to the new site. When we outlined corrections it would take 3 weeks to implement and the fixes we discussed wouldn't even be fixed... This has been the most frustrating 6 months. They have a "Love us or Leave us" money back guarantee that they do not stand by. BUYER BEWARE!!! Do your homework before you proceed. Terrible Customer service! If you sign the contract, your locked with them for life, the 30 days money back guarantee is garbage because they will give you reasons why you can't do it. They actually responded to me more than once about different issues saying that you have already signed the contract, or you should have read the term of use! Their work is fairly good, but you could find better. as far as for SEO and other services are basically garbage unless you're willing to pay additional 1000$ for each service. As Angry B said in his review, they will call every single day before you sign the contract, after that you will barely hear from them. They were late almost a week and a half for the mock up and then blamed me for not giving them some info. Every single additional service cost hundreds of dollars. Writing 5 pages include the about us page in the website costs $250. if you want to add something, the first word that will come out of their mouth is pay 200$ or pay, pay, pay. I'm still waiting for my website after almost 1 and a half, and btw they charged me the monthly payment even when I don't have any website. When you talk to them about cancelling, or refund they will fight you! Don't Expect much of them! I'm still waiting for a call but I didn't hear from them so far. save your money and avoid this company. At least read very carefully their terms of use. They told me before signing the contract, that I can take my website after they finish and host it somewhere else, after the contract they claim they never said that. This aspect of the service goes beyond a simple spell check, it can give the impression that your project is just another project that they are pumping through. Awful experience! Terrible Customer service! In trying to get a website started for my company, I was charged $6,189 over 14 months for a website that took over nine months to launch at 25% completion. Also, SEO that should not have started until after the new site was launched and for hosting of a site that was not being accessed/hosted on a public domain. The contract began in October 2012 and has still yet to be completed, and they are still asking for money. In January we requested to stop payments on SEO, yet we continued to be charged. In march 2013 I requested to stop payments on SEO and provide reporting on work completed and results of efforts made. No response. A second request to stop SEO was made in April. in June 2013 a fraction of website was launched in order to meet advertising deadline: 5 pages, no custom programming included. In august I reached out to Wayne, Blazonco's Chief Operations Officer, voicing concern with the project and the lack of work being completed. Wayne halted all work until further notice, since the direction of the site needed to be worked out. We were unable to come to an agreement. My company switched to a different provider and we have still been charged hosting services from Blazonco. We started to get a site developed by Blazonco, and are currently using someone else. I am sure that they are a great company when it comes to simple websites but they made our website sound like it was something super tough to do. We had some problems on our end as well. It was so hard to get in contact with Jesse from Blazonco and when he didn't know the solution to the question he was asked he said that he would research it and get back to us. Never Happened! Once we got in touch again I would have to explain my question again. We ended up canceling and spoke with a manager, who claimed that they done $1500 worth of work and that they were not giving out any refunds.
