Tables not cleaned.

UPDATE: still lame, now it seems they are understaffed. there's usually three staff behind the counter and an additional worker cleaning up and putting out coffee, napkins, etc. Perhaps ICE ran off the workers. Overflowing trash cans that are not getting emptied, tables that are not getting cleaned. No napkins or sugar, limited coffee. Thanks to the corporate overlords, I imagine, the tomatoes are sliced paper thin, and I only got one strand of onion for my nova salmon bagel. And, of course, even though I requested the bagel to be double toasted, and paid a tip, it was only toasted once. We requested open face bagels, my daughter's bagel didn't have the correct portion of salmon.

I've been here many times. I normally order ahead on the app to take advantage of the free coffee. I ate a avocado egg and bacon within everything bagel. 5 stars to Patrick, for making the bagel sandwich for me. Inside the decor was nice with plenty of clean tables to sit.

Employee too busy having a personal conversation wearing an earpiece to get orders correct. Ordered a Turkey, bacon and avocado sandwich to find NO TURKEY. The place is dirty and the drink (lemonade) had no ice. Go somewhere else. He also didn't include chips but someone caught it before the bag was given to me of not that would be missing too.

We are regulars here and the bagels are really good. We usually order the Texas brisket egg bagel, the all nighter and a hot chocolate. The service is really fast and everything's made freshly!

Stopped by again today after placing an order for pick up and everything was great. The order was ready as soon as we arrived which was great We ordered the Texas brisket egg sandwich, the cheddar egg sandwich and a hot chocolate and everything was made fresh and delicious

They have a HUGE variety of bagels. I tried their Asiago Bagel sandwich. I really enjoyed the freshness of their ingredients. The bagel was soft on the inside, tasty, hot and crispy on the outside. Good choice for a quick an early on the road breakfast. The store looked clean and tidy. Huge and very well organized menu. Servers were very professional and hospitable. Sanitizer was available upon our entry and on the register side. First time visiting, nice experience!

So this is the closest bagel spot to my parents. It has parking. It is clean. There is normally a line but moves pretty quick. But man, every time you go there it's something with the employees. They hate working there and they make it very apparent. Unfortunately it's been this way for many years. For example, I wanted to redeem my free rewards iced coffee but they couldn't figure out how to redeem; I said no big deal I won't take the coffee just the box of bagels and cream cheese (great deal). Come to find out they still charged me for the iced coffee which I couldn't tell bc the screen to display the total wasn't showing. No big deal, I came back for the iced coffee (I saw it on the printed receipt after leaving). Large iced coffee, I asked for a straw and there are none. This is a problem- how the heck am I supposed to drink a large full iced coffee while driving in my car. They looked puzzled as to why I was adamant about wanting a straw or At least expressing to customers prior before ordering. I asked for a hot coffee lid and cup and they seemed like I was being the most ridiculous customer. Blank stares. Eye rolling. Looks of confusion?... I said I wanted the cup so I could transfer the cold coffee into it and still be able to drink it while driving. They reluctantly Gave it to me. It's small things like this that have happened every time I go there that leads me to only give 3 stars. Besides that the coffee tastes fresh and so do the bagels (for Florida). Lo siento pero I'm a NYC/NJ girl so we have that good water for the bagels haha but Einstein is a solid choice for Florida bagels. They also have a nice variety of flavors and also sweets. They always have cream cheese and various flavors as well. Just be patient when going here.

This place never fails to disappoint. Only reason it survives is it's prime tourist location. It's definitely not it's food or the food presentation. Here's a pic of my breakfast "burrito" that I need a fork to eat. Poorly wrapped and broken. Take a second and do it correctly!

Debris and trash on floor and high top table

Disgusting store. Server was rude, unfriendly, tables were a mess with debris and trash, employee cleaning back seating area was on her phone with air buds. I asked for bagel toasted well done and it was far from that. Health dept needs to see this.

The ambience…read morehere is awesome; you walk up to a counter to place your order and then have the choice of sitting inside at the large communal table in the center, at one of the smaller perimeter tables, or outside at a very cool table built right around a massive banyan tree. It's the kind of place where you can just grab a book off the table and read while you eat, which makes for such a relaxing morning. The coffees are consistently excellent and the food is very tasty. For this visit, I had the Neverland iced coffee and the Golden Tater Tot meal, while my wife had the croissant with Nutella, banana, and strawberries along with the Passionate fruit drink. My sister-in-law opted for the Firehouse breakfast with a pistachio coffee, and everyone was thrilled with their choices. The service is always friendly and welcoming, which is why we keep coming back. I even ended up going back to the counter to grab a strawberry latte to go, and it was surprisingly good--the perfect way to end the meal. Whether you're looking for a great caffeine fix or a hearty breakfast, this spot hits the mark every time.

Ten dollars for a cold brew, okay I guess. The place itself is very nice. But the prices are completely out of control for food that felt like the equivalent of an elementary school cafeteria. Our service by Olena was excellent: attentive and professional. But most importantly, the food truly stood out. I absolutely love Slavic food, and while I'm assuming this restaurant is Ukrainian, I'm originally from Russia, and we eat very similar dishes ~ so this really felt like home. The syrniki were absolute heaven. The salmon omelette on toast was delicious and perfectly prepared. I also tried two different coffees: the pine nut latte, which I'd rate a solid 4 / 5, and the black currant latte, which was an easy 5 / 5 ~ very unique. Service was quick, and I really appreciated seeing servers bring food out to tables as soon as it was ready, instead of waiting for everything at once. The prices are reasonable, and I'm honestly surprised to find a place this good tucked into a regular plaza. I will be coming back and recommending it to others.

Super disappointed with this place…read more Pros: The potatoes and eggs were good & the hot sauce has great flavor! Cons: First thing I did was use the restroom which had a horrible smell and the toilet needed cleaning. The service was good at first then fell off after we ordered our food- which was strange because it was not busy at all. We ordered the screwdriver & peach Bellini to drink. Steak & eggs and the Untoasted breakfast + side of ham. The screwdriver had an odd taste & the ham was extremely soft/squishy/seemed uncooked internally. The steak was not cooked well- but acceptable enough to eat. Our server never checked on us after we got our food which sucks because we needed a few things. A different server ended up walking by much later and asked if we needed help which is when I told her I'd like to send back the ham and screwdriver- both of which I barely took a bite/sip out of. I just told her I didn't like them and she got a bit of an attitude and wanted specifics as to why I didn't like it. I just reiterated i didn't like it and won't be consuming either so please take it back. We finished our food and no one ever came to our table again- while the workers were walking around helping the 5 other tables or talking amongst themselves. After sitting for 15+ minutes with our finished food, I just went to the front and waited for someone to check us out. I don't recommend this place and will not be back.

The space is absolutely beautiful ~ roses everywhere, elegant decor, and very Instagrammable from the moment you walk in. One thing that stood out, however, was a very strong scent sprayed in the hallway upon entry. My friend, who is sensitive to strong smells, felt sick afterward. It didn't linger heavily at the table, but for anyone sensitive to fragrance, this could definitely be an issue. As for the food, our Eggs Benedict initially came out overcooked, but our server Jonathan A. handled it perfectly. He immediately took it back, asked the chef to remake it, and the second round was spot on. Great recovery and attentive service on his part. I ordered a hazelnut cappuccino, not realizing that cinnamon lettering would be added on top. I personally don't tolerate cinnamon, so I removed the foam and didn't say anything, but this might be something for management to consider ~ asking guests beforehand would be appreciated. Overall, the service was good, valet is offered upon arrival, and the ambiance is lovely. While it didn't completely blow my mind, it's still a beautiful spot with solid service. All things considered, I'd honestly give it 4 stars and would return, especially for the atmosphere.

The service is slow and confusing, the food is underwhelming and I believe it is overpriced for the overall experience and quality. First, with the service - we always wait a long time to be served and when we do there are always drinks or requests missing. Today we asked for 4 waters in addition to our drinks and we had to ask twice more throughout the meal for the additional 2 waters to be brought. We were served our food with no cutlery or napkins and when I asked for it they sent over a manager more than 5min later as our food got cold. Regarding the food- it's definitely Instagram worthy for the most part but the flavor is underwhelming. I ordered the Croque Madame and it came missing the bechamel sauce, when I asked the server where it was/ if I could have more he insisted multiple times that that was not part of the dish... the bechamel sauce is what makes it a croque Madame. The flavor of the pancakes was grainy and dry, and despite ordering a decaf cappuccino my cappuccino was definitely not decaf. At the end of the meal both times we've been recently been, they show us the total on the screen but not the break down of the meal and try to scam you into adding additional tip without disclosing that there is already a service charge included. I'm not against tipping on top of the service charge if the experience is good! But in this case it was not warranted. While the concept is cute and they tried with the decor and vibe it's just missing the mark for me. I will not be returning.

Consider that one star a gift to my server Julie who provided nothing but excellent service with a smile on her face. First introductions are everything. My partner and I were dismissed completely by the manager who was too busy chatting it up with solicitors. Not even a simple "I'll be right with you." Julie caught wind of this and immediately swooped in. The menu is pricey but I assumed that the portions would make up for it. This assumption was correct, but my food's presentation was the equivalent to what you'd serve a dog. I ordered the egg salad club with a side of fries; if you're searching for an establishment that cooks with love just leave. The egg salad was unseasoned and I'm unsure that half-smashed boiled eggs constitutes as egg salad. The fries were piled on top as if a tired teenage McDonald's worker was cooking it up in the back. My partner also agreed that their tuna melt was unseasoned. As we were leaving we decided to take a peek at the baked goods. In a final attempt to give this place the benefit of the doubt, we eyed a delectable looking chocolate chip cookie. I called over the employee behind the bakery counter to which she begrudgingly trudged on over. I took another look at the display to solidify what I wanted, but I noticed something unappetizing. FLIES. Not one fly, multiple flies having their way with the baked goods. We told her never mind and left the establishment. Never again will I step foot in this atrocity.
