Service was disappointing. I stood near a register and was constantly ignored for 5 minutes before they finally took our order. The drive thru line got priority. People behind the counter looked at us and didn't say a word. They didn't even get the cashier. I seriously considered getting back on my car and going through the drive thru. Ambiance is what is expected for Einstein bros. Tables were not clean but we found one that was good enough. The bagel we got was an All-Nighter but we subbed the hash brown bagel with an everything bagel. The bagel itself was delicious and filling. Workers were extremely welcoming and open! They gave us free cookies. All the tables were dirty and all the garbages were full. I got the new maple house bagel with a carmel cold brew shake. the whipped cream is extremely sweet and it wasn't really frozen at all, but i still liked it. Loved the maple bagel. It was prepared well and I was served quickly. Lots of options. Staff was friendly. Only downside is that I went in July and it was about 60 degrees inside - all the workers were all wearing coats. My first time visiting an Einsteins! I was here for a meeting and grabbed a coffee afterwards. My first impression was that it reminded me of a Panera Bread, they are very similar in many ways. The set-up, menu and drive thru options are very much a like. It was FREEZING cold in the building, I normally like rooms cold but this was almost unbearable. We had asked an employee if they could turn the a/c down and he was very nice, unfortunately it didn't change much though. I wouldn't have been able to sit here willingly and get work done. I grabbed a hot coffee afterwards to warm up and took it to-go. It was okay but not mind-blowing. I ordered a latte, I like my espresso a little stronger than I found theirs to be. I have reviewed Einsteins before. Einsteins has ok bagels/ food. Its a corporate coffee/ breakfast place...there isnt much to see here you can't find elsewhere...thats just as good if not better. When Einsteins moved into the neigborhood there were two charming coffee places that were locally owned..one specialized in bagels. Einsteins moved in and ran free coffee and food coupons until the bagel place sold out to SB Chocolate company and the other place just slowly sank under. No approval Einsteins. Einstein Brothers' Bagels is an average commercial bagel chain. If you don't have the good fortune to experience Chicago or New York "real" bagels, than Einstein Brothers bagels are an ok substitute. They have several varieties from which to choose. They have eat in or take out selections. We usually order a baker's dozen (13) at a time. On our most recent trip to Einstein we had a disappointing experience. The menu prices were listed as usual however we as well as everyone else were being charged a higher price. When we asked the employee and also the store manager, her reply was that they had a price increase a few days ago and could not get the menu signs changed. She said I could complain to the corporate office but admitted that that would probably not help. She also agreed with me when I said that this was not a good way to operate a business. Incidentally I did email a complaint on their online form a. Few days ago but as yet have not received a reply. Hopefully this situation will be remedied quickly. read more

Females working here are very rude to other females. Particularly delivery drivers. I have done over 25,000 deliveries since I started dashing during covid. Drivers stealing food has increasingly been a problem. And it's really offensive when they don't even want to make the food without you confirming it. Because if I confirm it I'm going to then be late and get a contract violation and she was accusing me of trying to steal the food giving me this glare. I do this to make money I don't do this to steal food because people who steal food will be deactivated I wouldn't have done 25,000 deliveries had I've been stealing food. In fact I have cancer and am terminally ill and I can't eat. She was extremely rude and I understand wanting to see the delivery screen that's fine but to not want to start the order or do anything for the order nothing without confirming it is ridiculous. We don't need to be treated like criminals. Maybe she's jealous that I'm prettier and skinnier than her but you know what that's because I throw up all the time cuz I can't eat. We are not big bagel eaters. Yet we go here often. They have excellent sandwiches here which make a nice balance of taste and nutrition. The "bagel thin" varieties pack a lot of protein into a low calorie sandwich with decent fiber. That's an uncommon combination in fast food places. Also, I love it when a restaurant has flavorful wraps. Why don't grocery stores stock good wraps? I can't find any that are half as good as these. Inside the restaurant is clean and neat. Usually love this location, but has been slipping and slipping until now, just terrible! Four cars in drive thru line when I arrived. Ordered promptly, but then waited 15 minutes without anyone in the line moving. God knows how long the other cars had waited before I got there, or how long they continued waiting after I left. Not one inch was moved by anyone in that line for at least 15 minutes before I just gave up. I hope someone sees this review and makes some management changes as this location used to be great.
