My Dad loves his blueberry bagels!! After his Dr appointment nearby, we go over there to pick up his fave bagels! I get to choose some too. lol Besides the blueberry bagels, I choose the jalapeno and cheese bagels. The bagels are super soft inside and fresh tasting. They are good even without heating them up!

Ordered ahead on the app and they lost my order. I waited a little bit after the time it said the order would be ready just to make sure they weren't just running late because they were busy. Once I was able to talk to someone, they didn't have a record of my order. It was just a bummer since I was in a little bit of a rush.

11 Baker's Dozen

I arrived five minutes early and went to the cashier to pick up my pre-ordered 11 Baker's Dozen bagels. I usually order a large quantity as a snack for church members, and when I pick them up, the staff usually goes to the manager to ask about my order. The cashier only checked the order monitor and told me to wait because my order wasn't ready yet. I went back to the cashier at 9:35 a.m. and asked her to confirm my order. However, my order was already ready for me to pick up, and the manager told her to take it. I was embarrassed by the cashier's carelessness and inaction. And since it was a lot of bagels, I asked her for an Einstein paper shopping bag to carry them to my car. She said she didn't have one, so I ended up borrowing a store cart. This is because the staff usually loads the bagels onto the cart and brings them to my car. She said there were no carts, so she reluctantly went back to the manager, who brought me a cart and placed six boxes of bagels on it. She told me she couldn't fit all the bagels on the cart and told me to come back and load the remaining five. I went back to her and asked for five, but she only gave me four, saying those were all I had ordered. I told her I needed one more, and she turned around and gave me the one she had left. This was my first experience at this store, and I wasted almost half an hour. Every time I asked her, she wouldn't answer right away and made me wait. I wish your company would pay more attention to the customer service of its employees who order large quantities of bagels.

Texas egg sandwich: with brisket and eggs and cheese.

This was my first time at Einstein's bagel. I came for a free birthday sandwich. I was so blown away with how delicious it was. I'm reminded how much I love bagel egg sandwiches. The bagel was toasted to perfection. And the brisket in the sandwich was not overly salty, as I originally thought it might be. The eggs were tender and cooked perfectly. If only there were a piece of lettuce and tomato in the sandwich it would have been perfect. My only complaint was that they were out of the hazelnut coffee. However, the staff immediately made a pot when I told her it was empty. I just didn't want to wait for it. Needless to say, I'll be back soon.

Breakfast bagel, double egg, on everything

They're doing better now, after the covid shuffle. No inside seating, no soda machines, only bottled drinks. The selection of bagels was better this time. And my free birthday breakfast sandwich was delicious. You need to buy something, so I bought a chocolate chip cookie to share with my friend. The $2 cookie was good, and much cheaper than one at Panera!

This is a very popular bagel place. On the weekend expect a line. However, everyone is happy and friendly and ready to assist. I had a nova lox bagel on an everything bagel and it was delicious. They have a nice selection of bagels such as pretzel and jalapeno cheese. They also have a lot of sandwich bagels.

This place always messes up my order and when I tell them they got it wrong they act like it's your fault. I'm used to it at this point.

After getting my fasting labs done, I came here to have breakfast. Its always a treat to stop in…read morehere as the bagels and bialys are decent and the workers are really nice and helpful. I like their $6 bagel and brew special and thats a good deal. This time I got an everything bagel with veggie cream cheese and an iced coffee. Both were a nice morning treat. Reminds of my many NYC mornings getting breakfast from a cart. I also took home some day old pumpernickel bagels. It was advertised 6 for $4.99 but I got a further discount on this, totally $3.77. I froze them and will enjoy them at home. I also tried their bialys this time and I got 3, which came out to $7.77! Holy moly! $2.59 each for a bialy?? I told the woman ringing me up they better be good! She promised they would be. I had one this morning for breakfast and they aren't bad, but not up to NYC snuff. Not sure I will get these again as the value isn't great on them vs the taste. I like coming here also because plenty of outdoor tables and enjoy eating my bagel and sipping coffee al fresco in the morning. I'd definitely return again!

Had a really unpleasant and uncomfortable experience here today. I came in as I had a 1-day voucher…read morefrom Dr Pilates next door for a coffee or bagel. I inquired at the cash register about how I can use it and after he confirmed my options, I moved to the back of the line to wait my turn. While I was waiting I saw several staff workers whispering and looking at me, with one shaking their head. After waiting a long time and getting to the front, I politely showed them my voucher and asked to redeem it for a coffee. The girl said the promotional period actually ended for that and another girl came over to explain that the Dr Pilates owner already came to pay the tab so they weren't honoring them anymore. Kind of unfortunate since I'd driven out of my way to come here for this but understandable that it's up to the discretion of the Dr Pilates owner I guess? What frustrated me was that they let me sit and wait that entire time fully knowing they weren't going to honor my voucher when I finally got to the front. There were at least 4-5 workers at the front counter at any given time. It would have been the courteous and professional thing to do to address me, explain the situation and let me know they couldn't honor it since they obviously knew right away (hence why they were whispering and looking at me earlier). Instead they made me feel like I was wrong for even asking for it and lowkey called me a liar for saying I was told the promotion lasted until closing (I was told at Dr Pilates that it went until Bruegger's closed at 2pm). Also they were even getting paid by Dr Pilates for these vouchers so I don't know why they were so unfriendly about me trying to use it? Bad vibes and unprofessionalism all around here. Will take my business elsewhere.

I tried the Honey Dill Turkey on Dutch Crunch--the sandwich was huge (no shrinkflation it seems, despite the steep price), and the bread tasted amazing. Took half home for lunch the next day. The unique dill-turkey pairing was creative (big plus), but I'd try a different sandwich next time. The presentation was great and they brought the food to our upstairs table. It also came with a cucumber-heavy, Greek/Israeli-style side salad (or chips I believe).
