I downgraded my previous review to Good because the staff has changed and probably management too. There is now a long line waiting for their orders because behind the counter they are making the food in an assembly line and orders are getting confusing and the wait time is getting too long. One thing that got better though is that the coffee is now hot and the pots are filled. I tried for the first time their Pork sausage and cheddar country sausage bagel and it was awful. The bagel did not get toasted enough and the sausage was only warm and cheese not fully melted. They also added a sauce or flavored cream cheese which was not very tasty. The last time I visited I had the egg bacon and cheese bagel on a plain bagel and it hit all the notes. I've never been a huge fan of this chain of pricey faux bagels. I came here because it just opened right next to where I work, I can walk here easily. I'm giving my first experience 3 stars because I know they just opened and the staff isn't quite familiar with the operation, but there were a couple of things that I noticed right off the bat that need improvement. It's not very clear where to order.. there are cash registers on either side of the ordering area.. the one you actually order at is opposite of where I walked in. Not a big deal, maybe I'm just not used to ordering at Einsteins. It was 1:45 pm and they were out of a lot of their bagels, including one of their new signature sandwich bagels, the "Tuscan Tasty Turkey". I was told they could substitute it for another bagel. No problem. I wasn't told until I paid that there was an additional charge. I probably should have said something but I didn't.. whatever. I paid and then I had to ask for my cup for coffee.. Usually something that doesn't need to be asked for since I'm waiting for my food to come out. I poured my coffee while I waited, added some honey which was nearly empty already, then had to search for the milk. The manager had them sitting behind the counter to fill all 3 at once. Just another thing to add to the list of lame. My sandwich came out fairly quickly afterward but not my potato salad which was clearly on my ticket. I had to ask for that too. Probably would have been a 2 star worthy experience but I am giving them the benefit of the doubt. I probably won't come back here for a little while until they sort things out and will certainly not come when the Doral lunch rush hour is in full swing. read more

The staff said they would not have them anytime that day. The coffee was also very overpriced and didn't necessarily even taste like coffee. I placed a big order over the phone the morning before I had to come in to pick it up. I spoke to a lady named Vilma who had advised that the order would be ready at 7:30am. When I come in the next day, I make sure to come in a few minutes earlier because I know it may take some time. The lady at the cashier was extremely rude and told me that the order had not been placed and that they couldn't make my order. Then the owner "found my order" and proceeded to say that it was placed for a different day, when I was precise that I was picking it up for the next day. The cashier proceeded to become upset, became rude and snappy, and began to say that the reason they are behind is because "they are short staffed" and that if I wanted my order, I needed to "call the president to give them more money to provide more positions to their location so that they can be staffed correctly". Einstein bros is my new to go place for breakfast! I love the staff!!! Everyone is so nice and thoughtful! On Mondays I usually come in and order their special which is a bakers dozen of bagels for $6. My family looks forward to them and truly enjoys them in the morning. Other than that, I am always their for breakfast!!! I love there breakfast sandwiches! They also have amazing coffee!! It is always consistent and never dull.
